Billy, it's about attention. I think it's a sad, lonely individual looking begging for attention.

Can you please stop posting before me? You're scaring me.. I think this is the third thread it's happened in, in the last 10 minutes. :D

Want some Rum?!

You could very well be right Robino. There was that one post of his where he talked a bit about personal issues he was having in his life. But who really knows. All we know for sure is what people post.

There's probably more wisdom in that statement than anything said about him to this point. I'm betting he's actually a fairly intelligent person but for whatever reasons has social interaction issues. He's trying desperately to "fit in" to some group somewhere but lacks the social abilities to do that. He sees people like Phil Busardo, RIP Tripper and others gaining some internet fame for their reviews and want's to jump on that bandwagon. However his approach was to try and review and revolutionize the cheap stuff which is what he can afford but there's not much of a market for "high end reviews" on throwaway starter gear.

I was sincere and really did want to pay it forward with him by offering up gear that was/is far and above what he's trying to use. He wanted no part of it because having better gear might cure some of his problems and lacking the social skills to join in elsewhere he would be left without an outlet.

Exactly. I would further guess that if his problems no longer existed, he wouldn't exist either. :( THAT is sad.

Where's the damn Rum?!

Bartender.. Double shot of Kraken, topped up with Coke.

I'll take two of them, please!

No Rum but we will share over in this corner with the Brandy in Riedel -

seriously guys? lol Let's forget everything vape related he posted. He has social issues. there is no way he knows anyone in real life acting like he does and the internet is his only way to talk to other people. thank goodness for the internet or we would have a serial killer on our hands, if we don't already :(

I type a lot when I post, because I type fast. this dude went on and on about nonsense on any forum setting. We should have collected money for a psych evaluation before we tried to help him with vaping. Cigs vrs vaping should be the least of his worries.

Or he was a troll, a very, very good troll.

So where was the pool and who won!?

You know what felt good, though? After my slap, I spent time on the new forum as self penance. It felt good to actually help someone and have that help embraced and WORK! I see all of you guys helping all the time here and so many were helped along the way that were lurking.

I blame my debauchery on that comment "it rubs the VG on it's skin." You be funny funny cats!:D

Catalina nothing wrong with old tough planes. I have a family member that is currently restoring and old DeHavilland It is going to be a gorgeous plane when he finishes
Couldn't agree more. Got a chance a few months ago to fly EAA's 1929 Ford Tri-Motor with the family.
