There is 2 of us vaping in our household and not having to worry about my wife having vape gear issues like some of the ones that I've had with my assorted other PV's is worth tons more than the price paid for her provari. Her provari has bounced around in her purse, fallen out of her lap and onto a hardwood floor a few times and toppled over on the table with that ear deafening THUD many times but it still keeps on vaping. My vape experience due to my wife's provari's dependability is top shelf since all I have to do for her is change atty heads and have not had to hassle with her PV making the happy wife happy life come into play with our total vape experience.
We both use the kanger protanks and single coil protank rebuilds with 30 gauge(1.4ohm) and hemp fiber, haven't used a stock protank head in over a year.

I'm 'uber' careful with things, so maybe I won't have to buy another mod for a long long time!

Congrats and good luck with it. I found my vaping experience was much better after I got a good mod and a Kayfun clone.

Thanks and now day two with the Provari and it's just fantastic!

I don't see why a Provari wouldn't last a lifetime with proper care.

Congrats and enjoy!

Thanks. I know it's only day 2 with this Mod, but it's just amazing and it would be great if it does last years. Maybe I can finally not only have the health benefits I've gained over two years of vaping instead of smoking death sticks, but also enjoy some savings by not constantly buying new devices!

All this begs the question.... where the hell is version 3.0 at?

Wait, what??? There's already something coming that will make me feel I have an outdated device??? I'm going to have to have my wallet hermetically sealed and buried where it simply can not be found. Yes, that's what I'll have to do!

I'd like to get a second Provari (likely a mini, this time) as a backup. I'm sort of waiting for v3.0 to come out. I expect there will be a lot of used 2.5's for sale when that happens as people upgrade, and I'll decide then whether to get a new 3.0 or a used 2.5.

I know I'd have saved a lot of money if I'd gotten a Provari early on, instead of buying a bunch of "cheaper" mods along the way in an attempt to save money.

Actually getting a mini as a backup makes sense. 3.0 would have to be a mega upgrade as 2.0 is really remarkable. And I agree on wishing I'd gotten a Provari in the first place. I too have wasted a lot money trying to save money.

Now you're only missing one thing, a pro-ring beauty ring to give that mega a nicer more flush look. (The mods looks great as it is, im just super OCD about profiles/flushness...lol)

I keep trying to talk myself out of picking up a Provari 2.5 up but those Blem prices on Provape's site is making more difficult to keep passing up on. I'm curious what the 3.0 will be all about too. I've heard and read SOOOO MANY good reviews on the Provari that I'm getting weaker in the knees and my wallet is actually tugging at me! I've got a VTR, SVD, MVP 2.0 (Wife's), and a CANA DNA30... but the Provari is just.... SOOO TEMPTING!

The SVD and Cana Mod are my "go to" mods and I hardly EVER use my VTR (My first mod)! My 51st Birthday was last Thursday and I still managed to hold my wallet! After the 3.0 comes out Maybe the 2.5's price will be ever further reduced? Who knows... but I'm sure I'll have a Provari soon!

To the OP, CONGRATS on your Provari!

Thanks! Far be it for me to talk you into a Provari. I certainly didn't go to my vape shop with any intention of walking out with one. I thought I might, maybe wind up with a 2nd Zmax or maybe get an Innokin, but there was no way I'd consider spending close to $200 for a mod. After all, like someone said before, watts are watts right? Wrong. Watts delivered by a better device, definitely takes vaping to a new level. So, don't let me talk you into one. Go try one at your favorite shop and see for yourself. I think one try and you'll be hooked.

They didn't have any beauty rings when I bought mine yesterday. I'm about as OCD as it get's too, but for some reason, it's not bothering me to not have it. They said they had some coming in, so some time I'll see if it makes enough difference.

The picture you showed does make it look good with the Kanger Mega though........

Yes. :D

I'm told that version 3.0 is actually done. (By "told" I don't mean I have any inside information). Can't help but wonder if ProVape went too far with it though. This is a much more competitive PV market these days and I fear they might have tried to be "all things to all people" with their next offering. There's certainly something to be said for the simple elegance of the current one.

Hmm. Bought 3, gave one away recently. Your comments are a little disheartening. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll even have interest in the v3. We'll see. Personally, if it isn't at least 30w w/ VW, I think I'll pass on the next go 'round.
