I will never touch an analog again.

It was hard yesterday, I vaped a little, but it didn't feel completely satisfying, so I cheated. Then, after vaping at my normal smoke times, hubby was struggling so we went outside for a smoke. The smell was awful and the taste made me nauseous. (and I had been smoking black n mild pipe tobacco cigars, which smell really nice)

Anyway, I feel weird today, but not weird enough to make a trip outside. That one last night was icky.

I broke down about a week or two after being tobacco free and lit up a "stinkie" from an old opened pack I had laying around . . . just felt like I really *wanted* a cig.

OMG . . . it was beyond nasty, beyond horrible, beyond vile.

Put it out after 2 puffs.

Tried it one more time and, if possible, it was even worse than the last time.

Put it out after 1 puffs.

Yup, I'm done with the old stinkies.

It is a hair frustrating, trying to get it down...vapors and puffs and still waiting for my liquid (which I was a tard for not ordering with my kit) But the last time I felt that way about smoking was when I was pregnant. It was strange....but very cool.

I'm vaping a little more than I used to smoke. Is that normal, or should I use a higher mg? (although I started with a med, and I got a headache. Switched to low, and now its always on my mind, lol)

I'm vaping a lot more then I used to smoke. I'm probably taking in way too much nicotine these last few days, and I'm not sleeping well, but it's keeping me from wanting analogs at all, so I'm going to stick with it.
I've had maybe 5 analogs since Tuesday, and none in the last two days. Don't have any desire for them at this point. I've been 2+ packs a day for close to 20 years without a break, and this is the first time I've been able to put them down without wanting to rip someones throat out.

One of the cool things about e-cigs is you can customize your nicotine to what you feel you need.

For example, you can vape low nicotine or medium nicotine, and then when you get a craving, you can spike the cartridge with a couple of drops of high. I vaped high nic at first . . . almost continuously . . . and wound up with a massive headache that just wouldn't go away. But when I dropped down to totally low nic solutions, it just didn't seem to do the trick. So spiking with high was a great compromise.

Skad, I hear ya. I can go a LONG time without smoking (like 12 hours) but I'm not exactly a peach to be around, lol.

Thanks Julie. I ordered my hubs medium liquid and low for myself. So I guess I can borrow his if I need a little boost.

Exactly. I have to fly from time to time with my job, and the 8 or 10 hours out to Vegas with layovers was brutal on me. Until now I had to carry nicotine gum in my laptop bag to cope. Looking forward to taking my ecig with me next time.
