Angel, get with Mike and get your batteries replaced. It sounds like bad protection circuits on your batteries. Notcigs customer service is out of this world and Mike would never want a product of his to not be performing at it's best

I thought it was the batteries as well, but my second set do just about the same thing. I get almost two hours of hard vaping on the new set. I have some 3.0 cartos that should be in my mailbox now. Perhaps that will make a big difference.
I really do appreciate everyone's help. As I said before, when this is working it's the best thing I've ever vaped. It puts out thick clouds of vapor like I almost can't believe.
You could have an atty that is shorting out ?? you should get MUCH better times !@ or the charger is shot and not giving them a full charge ?? do you have a voltmeter ? ( probably asked already LOL ) if so measure them off the charger they should be 4.2 volts.
I'm using cartos, and they work fine on my other 510 devices - so doubt that's it. My son-in-law did meter the charger and both sets of batteries, freshly charged, yesterday. All metered 4.2. He also metered the carto I was using today at 2.5.

Well you must have some bad batts then ! they should go 8-10 hours or so . contact me by email and we will get them changed out for you .l
