Are you using LR attys ?? If so the times will be lower and the UF silver batts are not as good as the Powerizers they last 2x's longer than the UF's

Bottom cap is clean. Sorry should have said that. I did that first. Also I know juice has leaked inside atleast two times. I've tried 510 carto. 801 fusion with adaptor. Just received 510 to 808 adaptor today. I will try that also. Will post back with that info and voltage in a bit.

Well, I do have analog multimeter, however when I went to check the red light is just gone. Guess it's time to visit the buzz hospital with dr mike.
I'm using the silver batteries with a 510 reg atty. The bummer is I just placed an order for another set of the silver batteries last night right before I saw this post because I realized I wanted a spare set while these were charging. Is there any way to change that order to the powerizers?

Bottom spring didn't help. Red light was back this morning. Measured at low below green at 3.1. Highest setting 4.8. No button pressed didn't register at all.
That range is all wrong , are you sure the batts are fully charged ?? if so then I think the ground wire is loose or not making contact.
I ordered the powerizers and they are on the way. I will now have 6 sets once these ones come in. I just hope I get more than 5 hours out of them. (Crossing my fingers)

I get 50+ hours out of my grey set of batts (from Notcigs). Something is not right Rocfather
I got 2 new sets almost a week old and both if Im lucky both give me 14 hours. If I unscrew the cap when not vaping, I can get 10-14 hours. Just ordered the new style and they are on their way. I should send you a set and see if they last any longer in yours. I am going to have 6 sets when these new ones arrive. My other batteries are only a month old.
