yeah give it a try, saves you a bunch of $ on coils once you get the hang of it. the OCC coils are what, around 3$ a piece? the cost of the coils ont hese new tanks going up made me swap to rebuilding, last premade coils I used were the 10$ 5pack kanker ones for aerotank and I was bustin through a single coil within 2 days because I just cant vape when the flavor is all muted and low vapor production from a dying coil.

Ya coils are pretty expensive. I was using the nautilus mini before and one coil is $5 it's pretty insane. Why are you going through your coils so quick? The one I'm using now is going one a week and 3 days, the flavor is not much but other than that it's pretty good. I'm using 3mg nic juices though with 50/50 so I don't think it gunks up my coils that much.

i started using 80%+ VG the last time I used my tanks last year. i tend to vape darker juices like coffee/bakery type flavors so they just gunk up the coils and wicking material. I can see the gunk on my RDA's when I vape the same juices it just turns the coils black, but in my RDA's since I can just take off the cotton, dry burn the residue off the coils and rewick, i can use the same coils again. Try burning pre-made coils and you either end up burning the filler material, or the residue just come soff the coils and gunks up more of the filler.

I am not refering to people who use them because it saves them time , I was refering to people who cant build at all and all they can use are pre-build . Also the OCC is not something special , I got a few dry hits today with it even though I i flooded it with juice before use . I forgot to mention something in the 1st post , I really like the simplicity and how much faster rewicking

People who come on online forums and call everyone who doesn't do it their way "noobs" are the real noobs.

im pretty much a noob as well , unlike most people here , I dont really care about safety when it comes to battery . I have a ....ty battery and a ....ty mod where I test diff things , I dont care if the battery melts . I already tested my rebuild of the OCC , it is ok for now , I will try putting my dripping liquid on it tomorow and if that doesnt work , my rating on this tank remains .

You really should care about safety. Having a battery blow up in your face will definitely make you change your mind. They don't melt as much as they pop, depending on the battery.

How do you not care about your own wellbeing? Is that the cool thing now? "I don't care if I change how my face looks?"

You may not care about battery safety, but unfortunately, I'm sure there are times when other people may be near-by. Honestly, you sound like a young kid.

I think you ll have been trolled, but in case the OP is just "that" guy then...

I have 2 STm's and 1 Nano, and I prefer the OCC's to the RBA's because they have a bit more airflow and have a smoother draw. I rebuild mine with 26g 5wrap 2.5 ID spaced and they work great at 30 watts using 65vg/35pg wicked with Labo or Carolina Blend cotton, never a dry hit. The insulator (red ones) won't burn if you build and install the coils correctly, torch them before installation and do not dry burn them.

Still feels like a troll thread though, and FYI, you battery won't simply melt, it will vent gases in a way you may not enjoy....just saying.

Taste is subjective. What tastes muted to you may taste a-ok to somebody else. The benefit to the KTST mini is it allows you to vape at all ranges and configurations across the board. The 1.2 ohm premade allows you to use it on batteries that don't sub-ohm (and those that like a cooler vape). The .5 premade is for those that like to sub-ohm, but don't (or can't) rebuild (money isn't an issue for everybody). The RTA section is for those who like to save money crafting their own coils and allows for the user's preferred wicking material and ohm level. At around $50, it's an inexpensive tank that gives more options than other tanks out there. Comes with 2 premade coils, the RTA section (the Delta II RTA costs extra), a spare glass section, ... cotton (no derogatory), black O-rings (in case ur a crip gang member), spare screws for those with thick carpet, spare coils for the RTA, and the infamous blue screwdriver that's probably TSA approved (you gonna take down a jet with that? Good luck sir/madam). True, it's not for everybody, but if one is dissatisfied, they can list it on the classifieds or craigslist and it would be sold in a couple of days...
