I got sucked into the "smoke assassin" scheme although by the time they arrived I found this forum and was able to send it back, cancel the auto cartridge program. It did take 3 months and having to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. But all's well now it lead me to where I'm at!

At least you got your money back!

Hi,
I am SUPER new to the forum, and about 7 weeks smoke free (I lost count). I never heard of e-cigs but was in FL at a mall and got sucked in by smoking everywhere. I'm going to say that I am GLAD I bought them, though now I know there are MANY MANY other products out there that are better.
To the original person who posted this inquiry, I'm going to tell you that for about the last 4 weeks, I have been using e-liquid in my smoking everywhere cig. With the help of this forum and some youtube videos, I learned how to add the 100% polyester fiberfill to my cartridge. With a paper clip, I insert it into the little hole on the cartridge, and it pops up a little white "reservoir" dish. Inside that dish in the original smoking everywhere cartridge, is a little piece of white stuff (I can't even call it "fluff"...it's garbage). I pull that out. Then I add about 5 drops of liquid in the white dish. I take a small (very small) amount of fiberfill and push it down into the liquid. With scissors, I snip off any stray fibers. Then I top off with 2-3 drops of liquid. Push the white dish back down into the cartridge, slide it on your atomizer and wah-lah. Smoke. BUT...I am going to say that in the last week or so, after reading the forum, I decided to go to strictlyejuice.com and purchase a 510. At first I ordered their e-liquid...that came yesterday (and it's good). They offer free shipping for orders over $10. It took about 6 days to get here (considering it's holiday time...I don't think that was too bad). Now I'm waiting for my 510 to come and I cannot WAIT. So though I got snookered into buying the smoking everywhere device...it wasn't a waste of $$$ to me, because as I said...smoke free since the Wed. before Thanksgiving.
Good luck to you and I am extremely grateful for this forum and all the experienced...knowledgeable people.

My hubby & I were at the mall 2 days ago and happened upon the Smoking Everywhere kiosk. We had never even heard of e-cigs.. so of course "I" fell into the trap.. thinking what a great idea this was (after wishing for years that I could quit smoking "real" cigs) but not knowing there were other places to get (better) e-cigs for SO much less than I forked over to Smoking Everywhere! :( Fortunately hubby (though he liked the idea) decided to "think" about getting one for himself for a day or two and see how I liked mine. I was balking at the price, and was pushed into taking a "special deal" for $160 he would throw in an extra 3 boxes of
cartridges (5 per box) which I was told 1 cartridge ='s 1 to 1 1/2 packs of "real" cigs... which I learned after 1 day was total bull  So... with a "no return" policy I seem to be "stuck" with this e-cig.
Does anyone know if I can refill these smoking everywhere cartridges using the liquids? From a few videos I've watched it looked like the cartridges that are being refilled have some sort of a fiber inside of them to hold liquid... but the cartridges for the smoking everywhere are just a plain plastic tube, and no fiber or fabric inside? Not even sure if I can use the "drip" method on their Atomiser? Not totally understanding all the details on refilling the cartridges or using the dripping... I JUST KNOW I DON'T WANT TO FORK OUT ANOTHER DIME TO THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!!!

My hubby still "wants" to do the e-cig thing... and is now asking me to find out what he should get. I'm thinking of the 901 and juice for him... but do I just forget totally about the smoking everywhere and buy another e-cig for myself... or try and get at least some of what I paid out of the smoking everywhere? Just so mad that I got taken!

Would be so grateful for any advice/help with this!!

I got ripped off too unfortunately. First, file a dispute with your credit card, report them to the BBB and file a complaint with the mall that they are in. That's as far as I have gotten after trying to return the product numerous times ( and exchanges, because everyday something else on the product went wrong). I talked to the 'manager' and got no where and the 1-800 # they give you is a joke because you can't get through to anybody..even tried their live chat to try to get a hold of someone. Good Luck. I think disputing the credit card is a good first step though!

Oh my gosh, Debbika!
This is what I did when the rude lady tried shooing me off!
I sat right next to her kiosk, DEMONSTRATING how my e-cigarette doesn't work.
She called security. Wow, guess you can't smoke EVERYWHERE.
Especially in front of the kiosk that sold it to me.
Sure, I was not getting results from my e-cigarette. Why should she care if I was standing 5 feet from her kiosk with my faulty cigarette?

:lol::lol: I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that may be my next move!!

i dont get it... i bought a smoke everywhere and i love it!... havent had any problems one cartridge last about a day and a half maybe a lil less.. i get a good amount of vapor as well.. i just started refillin my cartridges and hit gives off even more vapor then before...

Do your research..they have a BBB rating of F. They have horrible customer service and their product doesn't work the way they say it should...it's been nothing but a headache since day 1.

Back in November I got suckered in by SmartSmokerUSA initially, got the $99 starter kit that was advertised as free trial - just pay shipping. Never got a chance to return it before they hit my credit card up with the full charge. I called them to get the automatic cartridge program canceled, and then changed my credit card number just to be safe. Only came with 1 atty, 1 battery, 1 USB charger, but did get 3 packs of carts. The atty was a low performer and the cartridges very small. But I kind of liked it, and it was from that experience that I decided the e-cig was good enough to get me off analogs. I just took this experience as a lesson learned, and I justified the lost money, in my mind, as paying for the advertising that DID in fact reach me.

After that I discovered this site and got better products, e-liquids, and learned how to do cart mods, etc. I've since settled in with the Super Mini from TECC and the M801 from Litcig as my favorites.

I was a big dummy too, I guess. I bought the stuff from Smoking Everywhere- and usually I do a ton of research online before buying anything over $50 bucks. I spent $200 for 2 kits, a bunch of extra filters, and a decent size bottle of juice. The new carts have the fluff in them, and I've been refilling them, but I don't really feel like I'm getting all of the vapor I'd like- at least not for very long. I've been trying to figure out what this 'Drip Method' is all about, but I guess I need to read further. Do I just put some liquid onto the actual atomizer and then put the plastic back on and puff? Will that damage the atomizer?

Mixxy,
I am sorry you were duped by those X@#^&#! people. The reason these guys like the mall kiosk format for sales is exactly for that reason. They know they will encounter many people who have never heard of vaping. And, the potential customers ignorance of their product and their strong-arm sales tactics is very successful for them. However, you have bought a well made product, even if it is far overpriced. Many people have done worse, by buying a product that not only was expensive, but was also junk. First of all, if you are unhappy with your purchase and have paid for it with VISA (even your bank card, it makes no difference, if it says VISA on it), you are in luck! Despite what these fools tell you about no returns being allowed, they really can take it back if they wish to provide good customer service. But, if after trying, they still won't hear you, go to or call the bank that issued your VISA card. VISA has a great program for product warranty/buyer protection. They will act on your behalf to get them to refund your money willingly. If they still won't, VISA will do a charge-back and they will be out the complete purchase price, and you will still have the products! Unfortunately, I have come accross many unscrupulous sales people. And, everytime I have been taken advantage of this program has worked for me. I have received a complete and total refund of my purchase price, even the taxes/shipping costs! So, I would go to them and tell them that this is what you will do if they don't comply with your wishes. They may think twice about their situation. Secondly, the manufacturer has made these cartridges without concern for refilling. If fact, they don't want you to even try. They want you to continue to purchase new cartridges from them, of course there is a very high price mark-up in they're favour. But, you can refill them. The cartridge that comes on your new e-cigarette is just to protect the atomizer while it has no cartridge on it. Keep it! You will eventually need it. However, a nicotine containing cartridge has a small cup in the bottom of it. This small cup has a bit of poly-fil material in it. When the poly-fil material in the cup appears dry, simply take your drip bottle of e-liquid and put only two drops right in the middle of the material. If you put more than two drops on it all at once, it will overflow down the inside of the cartridge. And, when you drag on it, it will be drawn into your mouth. If this happens don't worry about it, I actually kinda' like it every now and then. If a lot comes out however you will definitely taste it. Just spit it out and throw away the tissue. Done! No major problem with getting it into your mouth. You don't have to run straight to the hospital as some will have you believe. A few moments after dripping two drips into the cup look at the poly-fil. Does it look as dry as it did before? Then, put two more drips on it. And, once again wait a few moments for it to soak-in and check it again. Eventually, it will be full and then you can vape away, with a huge smile on your face.

i almost fell for it too... so glad i decided to wait. ive heard alot of bad things about SE. i would definately go back and demand a refund or threaten to sue them or something. they cant lie to you like that. if you are looking for a reasonably priced e-cig that lasts a long time. try the blackjack from century 21 smoking. thats what i have and i love it! it really does last like a pack and a half of cigs. the battery lasts a long time too. the starter kit is only $60. also, the atty is built right into the carts so you dont need e-liquids! there are loads of great flavors too. good luck to you and your husband!

If it was me I'd contact my bank and stop pay on the creditcard and tell them you were scammed and lied to. First take it back and try to return it. My bank gives me the money back and gets it from the seller if I have a good reason like lying as you do. I'm quite sure all banks are pretty much the same. good luck.

Hah. I started with an NPro from the local tobacco shop, the cart life was dissapointing and the batteries didn't last as long as I would like. My best friend got suckered by smokingeverywhere, my NPro was TWICE the unit his was out of the box, and half the price, but still twice the price of anything else around. Fortunately, I took my NPro battery apart and rigged up a passthrough with it, the atomizer is actually fairly decent. He chalked it up as a loss and got a 510, like I did. I still use the 4081 atty (from the npro) that I rigged up to drip on, maybe out of stubbornness....

I Think Everyone Who First Sees The E-cig Consept Falls For This Company & Smoke 51
I Did(Cost Me $170-) Live & Learn Right..Shoulda, Coulda But In All Reality..Home work Home Work...Homework. These Companies (The 2 Above) Thrive On Unknowledgeable
Good people, That Are Walking Into Something Uneducated, Just To Rip Them Off, Notice They Are Both Hard To Contact Because Of So Many Complaints..I Feel Bad For

My wife just bought that smoking everywhere e cig and she's not happy with it either. Her battery just died and now she's not being able to use it. What I have found so far is blu e cig I have heard nothing but good reviews about the blu e cig. I haven't tried it yet but I am planning on purchasing one later today it's around 60 dollars and rated number 2 in the list the first one that was rated was too expensive for me.
