Got the package with 2 defective atomizers

I received the Joye 510 kit and both atomizers seem to be defective. The first one has the burnt taste, and the second one, I think, just doesn't work well. I have to inhale really hard in order to taste anything. I have another e-cigarette and it's much much easier to inhale.

I sent a message to Healthcabin.net 24 hours ago, I haven't got any reply yet. How fast do they actually respond to emails?

Usually they are very quick. Maybe because of the holiday they are backed up. They have always done well with any problems I have had. They are about the only place (outside of the USA) that I order from.

For what it's worth, most atomizers start out this way. The one I got from Healthcabin seemed very week at first. After breaking it in for a few days, it's now my best one. Gives the best vapor of the 4 that I own. The other three had that burnt taste from the primer (they were not purchased from healthcabin)

I agree with mischiefgrrl. Most atomizers I've had have a break in period. I've only got lucky with a few that started off great right off the bat. Give them time, keep vapin on them, and they should work much better soon. And if not, then you know they are truly defective.
