Got wrong starter kit

I brought the wrong starter for me. I brought the subox nano. The occ that come with it are vertical coil and it look difficult to do in YouTube, can I just rebuild it to horizontal when the coil died?

Might be wrong but i don't think that tank is rba.

Ok i just found it the video is rebuilding on the OCC itself look damn troublesome might as well get a RBA to suit your need.

You are not wrong. subox Nano tank is not RBA, RBA from Subox Mini also cannot fix into the nano tank.

It will be sad to just ignore my very first purchase and get a new one... heart will feel the pinch lolx

Yes very very troublesome to build the vertical coil OCC but I am wondering if I can just build horizontal on the OCC that come with vertical coil in it. Hoping that anyone that done that before can advise.

Don't you can due to the juice holes. Vertical coils can cover all the holes around but if u build horizontal coils u can only cover 2 holes.

I am assuming you are using the older nano that uses the OCC. There is an RBA for that nano. You can also rebuild the OCC coils horizontally but it depends on the OCC you use.

The OCC comes in several iterations base on the size of the juice holes. Some are clones I believe. The one that works best are OCC with 2 big holes that you can fit a 3mm screwdriver through. I regularly rebuild them with a 26G SS 5 wrap that's is spot on at 0.5 ohm.

SS is stainless steel. 26g 3mm 5 wrap spaced coil is about 0.5ohm in the rebuilt OCC

O Ohms is shorted you are not supposed to vape at that.
Anything 0 or 9.9 ohms are error msgs where somewhere along the line your build have connections prob.

Yeah I read that somewhere. Not sure where I got wrong. After many tries, I think my Occ is different from those shown in the YouTube. The top of my occ cannot be open and it seem like the space inside is not as hollow. It seem like there are 2 additional metal piece inside. Maybe I get a set of occ and hopefully they are different than mine before I try recoiling again.

I build my OCCs horizontally and no issues..some juices may leak but I figured out it depends on the pg/vg ratio..
