Most say I'm a very patient person, but to feel ignored as a customer, no thank you.

GotVapes has shown me the worst customer service I've seen from any vendor. I ordered a Giantomizer from them 5/25. Two days later, I e-mailed them explaining that is was leaking. The same day I placed an order with them for some carts and a bottle of 24mg juice.

Couple days go by, no answer to my question, but I get a confirmation that my 2nd order shipped. Replied to this e-mail attaching my original message regarding the Giantomizer. No response yet again.

I finally got around to trying their so called 24mg 80/20 juice I bought. Absolutely no Nic in it whatsoever, or if there is, it's not 24mg - it certainly doesn't hit like any of my other 24mg nic juices do.

Finally, early this morning I sent another e-mail to them (using the contact form on their website). I've still yet to hear from them and pretty sure at this point I still wont. So needless to say, I will never shop there again.

Flashy website - crappy service.
