I recently got back into vapeing a few weeks ago and needed some new equipment (seeing how my stuff is over 2 years old, blu ecigs) some picked up a ego twist and some clearos from gotvapes. Decided to go here from reading all the good stuff about them.

Since they were out of stock on a few things I wanted (Phoenix carts) I decided to give the buds a try.. I wanted a clearomizer with a pen cap and sleeve as I love the fact I can put it in my pocket and not worry about anything.

But anyways, in my order, I got a stardust 1.6 with a 2.8ohm atty.

Well they sent the atty but not the stardust.
Submitted a ticket, and seriously, within 24hrs, got 2 responses and a tracking number
I mean freakin wow!

I do a lot of online shopping for my other hobbies (RC Helis and guitar stuff) and had stuff mis sent or missing, but never have I had a vendor responded this quickly and correct the mistake.

Simply awesome! And I can't wait till You restock the Phoenix's and get the mini Novas in!

You had a big order and one of the line items got overlooked, will happen from time to time but you don't know how much it is appreciated that _you_ appreciated how quickly we tried to be on top of it. You already waited for the shipment so we wanted to get the missing piece out to you right away. And I even threw an extra piece of taffy in there for you
