I am pretty much over buying things from most new (to me) vendors, and for good reason. I would suggest that everyone takes a real hard look at what vendors have done in the past with trouble tickets. Having faith that a well known outfit is well known for good reason is just not enough. After the sale CS is very IMP to a lot of us and when we have an issue (god forbid) its not cool to tell us that we are just one of 50 out of 5,000 people to have a problem. Nothing is perfect. Mistakes in production are not suppose to be the persons fault that pays the most for said product. We want what we pay for, PERIOD. If you do what you should as a trusted and loved vendor then u shove this junk up the manufactures tail end and problems get fixed that way..... We trust you to do that for us.

On to the issue. I contacted GotVapes the very first time I filled my Vision Stone 3. It was leaking all over the place. Took a few days and the person that finally got back to me said I needed to push the silicon cap down that was over the coil. I stated that it was leaking at the tank where the main o ring was to hold the juice in the tank. NOT IN THE BATTERY CONNECTION! I know what flooding is. I tried to tighten it more and still leaked. Took it apart and inspected then tightened it snug. Still leaked. In the mean time without being able to use it they said that they only warranty DOA. I consider a tank system I can not use from the get DOA. What else can u call it? So im left hanging and its been since the 26th of last month. Still have an open ticket and no resolve.

I made a temp fix and was able to use it with a oring I bought at lowes and stated it was just a temp fix till I got a new one. Only im convinced that it will never come. Just today my hand got wet again. The POS cracked and broke for good.

I also tried posting in the GotVapes section and they still resolved to ignoring me. To make it even worse is that im still on my first inner and bought two extras that I can not use now. Why would you sabotage your resale future with everyone that has a problem? Seems ignorant to me. Play the numbers game and with word of mouth factored in, your loss will be noticeable in time. Ill buy another tank so I can use my inner's up, but wont buy from GotVapes. In fact with that type of service I will be passing on a lot of vendors and buying a Zen Standard ASAP. If this was your intention then u win. Ive spent over a thousand in the last 6 months. Not much but add that up x's the other 50 people you tarnished.

Just to vent this for the first time. GV's FLuXomizer's, 510 Bridgeless PumpCart System, and the VISION eGo Stardust's they sell are junk. Save your money for something else.

Flexo's vape worse then a mini ecig does, puff hot on the lips with a small drip tip, and liquid in the mouth.

Pump cart leaks also. If you do not vape the cart empty it will take care of it for you and flood till empty while you sleep.

Stardust will crack before they are even broke in. I know of 3 other people that had the same problem with them.

Seems for real that they just don't care what they sell, and will leave you on the hook every time. Not good IMO.
For my first (small order to test the waters) $60 order I only could not regret spending $10 on the clear carto. Also have problems but not as bad as the rest. Who puts wick on the top coil and packing on the bottom coil? Burnt city :nah:
First pic is of the coil that was covered by the filler and not a wic. As u can see the wic on the top is in perfect condition indicating that it was not over powered or abused. If the pic came out good you can also see the cracks at the bottom. They all crack at the bottom close to the battery connection. Major design flaws in this market place, and GV's seems to sell a lot of them.

Second one was a pic of the filler that was around the bottom coil. Sorry for the bad quality it was tossed in the trash and had to snap the picture from a video review Ill post up later.
Word of mouth is power and I spread the word on YT. Call me the neg reviewer. I only post neg reviews to help my fellow vapor brothers and sisters. That should be what its about. Its too bad I have to post so many.

Striker - the reason my partner mentioned the word troll is you seem to be on some sort of a personal vendetta, whether you intended that or not. Using words like (edited), etc...There is a problem with trolling on ECF and the moderators and the site are aware of this.

With that said I was not able to read through all of your issues. The overhwelming majority of our customers have been very pleased with all of the products you mentioned. Some have problems with (and with all e-cig products) some products but that is the nature of the vaping world. But your objectivity is sorely lacking here:

"Just to vent this for the first time. GV's FLuXomizer's, 510 Bridgeless PumpCart System, and the VISION eGo Stardust's they sell are junk. Save your money for something else. "

We have people screaming for our Fluxomizers out of stock, please tell that to them. The Stardusts are probably the single biggest success story in the vaping world since the introduction of eGo batteries. We introduced them and many vendors, seeing their success, have picked up on them with many many satisfied customers. The Bidgeless Pump Cart system is soemthing our customers asked us to continue carrying. Striker, a product might not be right for you, but to be charitable your post was a bit nonsensical. This is why Chris used the term 'troll'.

Insult me some more please. I need more insults. Id say your the one trolling. Its my review and you come here with nothing but an insult? I bet thats against a rule. I will check on it.

Well I appreciate constructive criticism. To be honest if everyone had the same exp as me then you would not have such a great business. We should all know that. Where I get off by typing what I did is a product of my own exp. I would also say everyone should know that as well. I would have never said anything about the other stuff had I just had the service I thought I was entitled to. So my review was a more complete review of everything I bought and the problems with said products. You work with me and ill work with you but you guys just choose not to work with me so the gloves came off and the complete truth about the product IMOO that im entitled to have. I never use any of them and have unused stock. That says something. Im back to the Arry carto tank. To be honest again, the vision stone 3 is the best thing i have vapped with. Id have no problem keeping my mouth shut about the rest of the products I disliked if only the one I did like was useable. I am easy to get along with but when something is as off as this I will voice my opinion and being poked and prodded even more is no way to make me happy in any way shape of form. Thats all im after. Fair treatment. If you where in my shoes you would feel the same way.

No thanks. They break too easy. My dads shattered like glass in two days. Plus my bottom o-ring broke when I went to take it off. Its working fine with a syringe without an o-ring and no problems otherwise, so I will stick with what I have. I do appreciate the offer, and the effort though. In the future maybe vision will make this with a better tank material. I think they have a win otherwise and that's why I put in such an effort to fix it (+ $10). I would have paid more for it if that problem was fixed, and it would be worth it. No matter how cheap it is, if it wont work its not worth squat in the end. Sorry for being a pain. I just want what I pay for to be as advertised. I also believe we had a communication error that honestly was not totally my fault.

To be fair about what I said above. A lot of the other fails had to do with using a bigger battery IMO. I gave my dad a fulx and it vapes well. He has a 3.7V 1100MAH Ego. I think the bigger battery on the Provari pushes too much power to them (no matter the voltage for there effective range), or maybe the one I used was just off for some reason otherwise. Lots of people use an Ego so that could be why so many like them.

ok if its shattering then it most likely it could be the type of juice being used and thats something we want to see changed as well and is starting to happen, the v1 and v2 and v3 are no longer being made by vision but new tanks are being looked into, and future products will start using a better tube which was tested with those juices that normally crack tubes and the news ones are not having that issue at all. The first ones to get this upgrade are the stardust, followed by the vivi nova and then for all future products.

thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience
