Just got a few of GotVapes Raven cartos tonight. Popped one in my AGR tank and I have to say I am very impressed. Draw was perfect for me. Flavor was awesome. I thought I liked my juice before, now I cant put it down. I hope they last a while. Definitely made me put my supply of other cartos on the shelve.

1st impression, anyone else try them yet?

I had the opposite so far. Taste isn't much different from my Boge cartos, it gurgles all the time, even with long slow draws (as everyone recommends) and it leaks like hell. Even with just 1/2 a tank, if I leave it overnight, it leaks all over the place by the morning. I bought 2, so I put in a fresh one to see if that was the problem but the same things happened. This doesn't happen with my other cartos. I wanted to like the Phoenix cartos, but thus far they are such a hassle. I have since put in a "regular" flanged carto and am enjoying the Raven Nest much more.

Again, the taste difference to me is negligible. Especially since I can't even take a big toke without flooding it.

I am still a newbie and don't have any brand preferences yet, but this was my experience.

Well Bern, I have to take back my original review of the Ravens. Seemed to work fine that night and that was the 1st one I used. Was excited. Come the next day, it had leaked through the 510 adapter all over my mod. I ordered 6 and had only 1 that either didnt leak, or flood to the point that it made it undesirable to use. Posted on another thread about it on suppliers forum and got a bunch of grief from some members, not really sure what they were trying to tell me, mostly they havent had that experience and many suggestion of what might be the problem but nothing suggested worked for me. Had one work for a day, and sat it on my truck seat that evening on the way home from work and it began leaking all over my truck seat. They suggested I wasnt filling proper, and even that they noticed by my number of post that I was a newbie, as if this is rocket science or something. Very disappointing. Last thing that was suggested to me was to buy a Raven Nest and try them in it. Glad I didnt take their advise, seems your experience was the same as mine even with the Raven Nest, and contrary to popular belief mine appears to not be an isolated incident. Put in a ticket about it also, was told they would look into it. IMO doubtful. Could have been a bad batch, I dont know. I do know this, no more ravens for me. And no more anything from the supplier, I wasnt satisfied even in the least by the product or the support.

Back to Ikevapes and Boges cartos for me, and my AGA T2 or RSST.

Sorry to hear that, bro. I did some research and found that if you point the threaded end upward and blow through the drip tip onto a paper towel, it helps with the flooding issue. Also read about the keeping the tank full theory too, which kinda works as long as you plan to stick with the same flavor all the time, I guess. Kinda high maintenance for a regular ol' carto tank, if u ask me.

On a side note, I did the blow upwards thing last night and it worked great. Got some nice vapeage out of it (although I only took a few pulls, then switched tanks again). Left a full tank over night, slightly leaned over because I couldnt get it to stand upright, and no noticeable leakage this morning. I'll still use the 2 cartos I have for sampling new flavors since these are easier to clear up for new flavors but they will definately not be my everyday cartos.

yea, did the blow through the drip tip too. And like I said, I had on work for a full day of vaping. To much maintenance for me. And didnt buy my big tanks to use half of them by topping them off all the time. That being said I was hoping they would work, I wanted to get away from the filler and had an interest in bottom coils at the time. They were great for me when they worked.

Sadly, I am having the same leaking problem.
Got the cartos after rave reviews from a local vaper.
First impression was WOW! A couple of hours later all I heard was gurgle and removed the tank to find my entire post and rim of the PV flooded. Cleaned up that mess and figured I must have done something wrong. Blew and swabbed the carto out to start all over, only to have it flood almost immediately again.
I've went back to my trusty Evod again.:vapor:
