what device are you using it on, at what setting if any, and how did you prime it?

Provari Mini. Using mtbaker vapor 80/20 6mg Hawaiian Punch. I have gone from 4.4 to 4.2 with the carto being 2.6. Prime these cartos? Well all I did was drop a few down the barrel to get the coils/wick wet.

I let it sit for a hour. First hit dry burn, yuck. Second hit better. Third hit good. Hit it a couple more times, it flooded and had drops on my shirt. ...? The wel of provari is flooded. ehhhhhh

Seals are good on the tank so far. Easy refill. Here is a picture of it on a provari mini:

Ok I got mine this afternoon and just started playing with it about half an hour ago. Looks pretty nifty specially with the included drip tip. The nest part on the tank could have been made with a bit closer tolerances to the tank and endcaps but most people might not even notice that - its just one of my little quirks to notice those kind of things. The orings are not loose on the carto but also not as tight as some others I have had. Really not bad for a mass produced tank from china lol
As for the particular raven carto that came in it - the wick is only aligned with 3/4 of the hole so you can see some of the metal in the opening. Inside the carto is a plastic tube that I guess is meant to help hold part of the guts together but on this one carto it was preventing the drip tip from going all the way in so I removed it. It didn't want to pull out with a hooked end on a paper clip (maybe if I used a larger gauge paper clip) so I used a punch like tool with a sharp point to pull the plastic tube away from the carto tube a bit at the top by inserting the tool between the plastic and metal wall of the carto then I used a tiny needle nose pliers to grab the tube and pull it out. I had planned on cutting the plastic tube down just a hair and reinstalling it but didn't have the right tools on my desk for that so I didn't bother and just left it out. The drip tip now fits nice and square on the top like it is supposed to.
I used a funnel filler to fill the tank with some diy orange cream which if I remember correctly is a 60/40 mix. I forgot to drip prime the carto but waited about 5 min and started puffing away on it. 2.4 ohm @ ~3.7 volts though I usually run just a hair hotter. No gurgles or dry hits so far but I do think it needs a tankfull to break in.
And the included drip tip feels tiny compared to the other 'average' ones that I am used to.
Overall its a pretty nice tank. Good work guys ;)

when your looking at a product , look at the over all experience, we sold over 800 in total, you dont see many here complaining and i sold to stores before we dropped them and not many issues that i know off. So if the majority of people are enjoying the product and you have exhausted all attempts and still having a issue then its possible that carto could be faulty, so as i mentioned, if you attempted to fix it and are doing things properly and its still truly problematic then make a ticket so we can have that carto looked at.

Your site states I have to pay for shipping back to you guys. I'm not really down for that but I did create a ticket:V1W-69B-9ZE4.

Also, all I use are carto tanks (ibtanked with boge cartos or boge f16 or the AGR) so its not like I am a rookie here to carto tanks even if this carto is fillerless.

No one claimed you to be a rookie.....Ravens are a different breed than any boge. But with that said....there are always duds that come off a line (in any carto brand). Glad you got the ticket done, so let's see where this rolls from here ;)

I can't believe the awesome price on this! I have seen drip tips like the one included with the tank for $8 or more! I am so excited to get mine!!! It should be here tomorrow......
Can I use a regular carto if I want to? Is it true that carto tanks with fillerless cartos hold less liquid?

its a great price for sure for a carto, tank and driptip, cant beat it, the actual nest section does not come apart easilly but at the price its an excellent value with future version getting even better. you can use xl flanged and non flanged in them. it depends which filler carto versus no filler, some can hold less while others can hold more

Its really bugging me that the phoenix raven replacement cartos I ordered are too tall. They're sticking up out of the top of the raven's nest about a cm or more. wasnt the nest made for these? the one that came included with the nest didnt have this issue, but all the extra cartos I ordered stick up out of the top.

yes becuase those are for the raven tank, we are getting shorter ones for the nest and even shorter ones for regular tanks

Ahh ok... well in the raven nest product description it says "to provide a natural home for your PHOENiX Raven fillerless bottom coil cartomizers". and that it comes with "One PHOENiX Raven fillerless bottom coil cartomizer at 2.4-2.6ohms". so thats what I ordered with the nest.

with no differentiation in the product description between what cartos are for the raven tank and what cartos are made for the ravens nest, how are customers supposed to correctly order the corresponding "PHOENiX Raven fillerless bottom coil cartomizer"?

it really should be stated that they are for the raven tank and are NOT the shorter ones that are supposed to go with the nest.

Actually they were suppose to fit the Raven, we don't know why they made the one in the nest shorter by a mm.

a MILLIMETER?? Im no mathematician, but this is hardly a millimeter gap im looking at here. and ok...they were "supposed to fit" but guess what? they don't.

The Raven Nest DOES NOT FIT the Phoenix Raven Bottom Coil fillerless cartos! YES, you can use them but NO they do not fit.
I just want people out there to know this because it is not stated anywhere.
