when it doubt.. use lube

Tried using some juice as lube. Didn't work. It's metal on metal. The open side is the perfect diameter, but the threaded end is like .01 mm too wide, like when they pressed the bottom end in, it widened the tube.
All 5 cartos in the box have the same problem.

its likely intentional to help prevent leaks or to keep the tank from sliding off it.. or its just really accurate bad QC =P

Maybe in a sliding type tank it would be a good feature, if you have a forgiving o-ring. Maybe I have a bad batch. Just wondering if anybody has used this on an AGR tank successfully. If not, looks like I get to pick up a new tank!

Maybe someone can find the old thread for the stallions...........I'll look later......I do remember that they don't work in all tanks because of the very thing you're talking about.........but when they do fit they're wonderful

I searched but couldn't find it.
I knew flanged cartos won't work, however "cartos with kind of a big ...." is a new design to me!
I was all excited to try these Stallions, the design looks fantastic.
I think it was meant to be though, the AGR has some skinny o-rings around the cartomizer that I believe is causing it to flood and leak all the time.
Just waiting for more ravens to come in...
