I agree danno...I hope they don't mess with them at all but I would rather punch them myself if possible. I am now starting into my 7th week and have found that my first 2 now need cleanng every 4 days instead of 7...hmmm, I wonder if they are trying to tell me something. If I can get 7 or 8 weeks out of one of these "horses" I will consider them a success; in fact if I had only got 6 weeks from them I would have been satisfied based on the crap I was using in the past. I am going to continue to punch 2 large holes at the lowest point on the cart and still show...seems to work for me.
I am pretty much in total accord with rver's observations here. He is 2-3 weeks ahead of me, certainly, and as a matter of fact I have been "copy catting", virtually, his every move. Why? Well, as the old axiom says, "Nuthin succeeds like success." Works just dandy for me.
For those folks who wish to slot, they could do so on their own and the pre-punched holes in the punched Stallions could be used as a guide point from where to start slotting.
If the Stallions were pre-slotted and flooding possibly became an issue, just how, pray tell, would one UN-slot them?
I would rather they be punched only or I'd rather punch my own. IT WORKS!!
