The counter sunk hole is done on all the mods before they leave the shop .Putting naolox under the spring wont do anything for you but make a mess .power wont transfer through the anodized body The screw hole on the other hand wont hurt to clean it and apply some fresh naolox .

This what I meant. I use a toothpick to get a little in the screw hole, then reattach the spring

I found some at Rona, but it wasn't called the same thing and didnt come with a wire brush.

does a wire brush really matter..? lol

My nearest CDN tire didnt have any tho.

You don't need a wire brush...mine didn't come with one *shrug*

Just make sure it is "anti-oxidant" and "conductive"

Looks like that will do. I found this in their catalogue:
Ox-Gard™ Anti-Oxidant Compound
The perfect safeguard for aluminum-to-aluminum, aluminum-to-copper
wire connections and aluminum conduit joints.
• Guards against oxidation.
• Improves conductivity; penetrates aluminum oxide to maintain
inter-strand and inter-conductor current paths.
• Produces a cooler connection.
