Layout is nice, easy to read, nothing too over the top. I think your banner should include the home of the better vapor prices ect within the image and maybe not so scrunched.

As being a new e-luquid vendor id also suggets different nico levels or at least as someone else said a diluter.

Hope your product expands soon and best of luck with your endevors. Its looking good so far, some some fine tuning and youll be looking great!

I'm impressed with the changes you've already made to the site, especially who and where you are and how to contact you prominantly displayed on each page. I think cost, coupon codes and shipping are 3 of the things most of us (vapers) look for when ordering, so it would be nice IMHO if that info was on your website and I didn't have to look for it endlessly in threads, etc. I agree that shipping info would be convenient in the FAQ's section. (I'd like the option of first-class or priority).
I assume the Gift Pack is the VH510 w/Mega batteries kit plus e-liquid (10 ml) and bottles, but complete descriptions would take care of that - for me. I wouldn't have to assume or contact you for clarification prior to ordering.

Sorry if this has been said I didn;t read it all :) The site looks pretty good. It'll be nice to see more products because people like to get as much of an order as they can from one site. So extras like attys - carts - drip tips....those will really up your sales because those are this little things people go hmmm...I have 10 attys but 1 more to help even out the price of shipping wont hurt. Also....for very nit picky people....your icons dont line up from left to right. Not a big deal but just thought I'd point it out <3

~Sierra

P.S. - I wanted to add that I saw the plain attys ^.^ Even tho I used that in my example. LR/HR lots of different attys out there. More options will bring more business.

First, your web page is slightly wider than my 1024x768 screen. In the upper right, my screen cuts off midway through the "e" in Better. Text that runs wider than the page (e.g. your FAQ) is hard to read. I have to keep scrolling left and right to read the full lines. It makes the site hard to use.

Lots of people are looking for a delicious Kretek clove. If you nail that you will win my undying love. Seriously.

Your site feels a little less than professional and polished, even when compared to the fairly loose standards of this young industry. It might be worth having a professional designer class it up and streamline the design. I like the logo-- it could have a real noir feel to it if you followed through with that in the rest of your design. That logo could be the title card to a Hitchcock film. Without that follow through, though, the logo isn't quite working.

An example of the lack of consistent design is your icons for e liquid categories. You have a lush field of plants, a spinning fruit basket and a cartoon bull. These are not elements that belong on the same website together. They just don't share the same style. And I'm searching for a way to say this politely: animated gifs are not usually included in sophisticated site designs for adults.

Your Contact Us page is a web form. I never feel like anybody is going to respond to a web form. If you're not willing to post an email address that sounds like it's going to a person (john@thevaporhouse.com as opposed to info@), maybe put some reassuring text up there about how fast one can expect a response.

It's great that you have an About Us page. If you want people to form personal relationships with you and your business, you might tell them your name. And your wife's name. Include pictures of your facility, your kids, your pets. Whatever might give somebody a way to get a feel for you. If you don't show any personality, it's hard to connect with you on a personal level.

Good luck with your new business. It's a crowded field, but it's also a growing one, so there's definitely room for more players.

I like the easy navigation and simplicity of the site. Just a few things I noticed:

1. The word "tobacco" is spelled wrong on the E-Liquids page where it says "traditional tabacco flavors"

2. Will you only be carrying the 510's? I use a RN4081 and probably getting a KR808, but I don't see anything on there for those models.

3. I like to order larger bottles (30ml or 50ml) once I find a flavor I like. Will these be added in the future also?

Thats all. OH. I LOVE that you have VG liquids. I don't tolerate the PG ones well i'm finding out. :)

Just went to the website, just my 2 cents;

Not bad overall, pages load quickly, a little generic, nothing really jumps out at me, branding is super important and now would be a great time to think about the image you want to be known as your "brand" for your web banner, logo etc. I know someone here on ECF that's really awesome at graphics and such, do I hear jiveRock? The dude does some serious work and quick too if he's got the time!

The juice pages need cleaning up, some of the descriptive text isn't aligned, the names of the flavors IMO should be above the pics, dancing jpegs, whatever, descriptions below the pics.

Pre-filled carts are only shown on the bottom of the tobacco flavored juice page, they don't list what type/model, nor are they listed in the "accessories" or shown as a available option in unfilled.

Mentioned earlier, things to add for the future; drip tips, passthrus, unfilled carts, battery adapters.

Looks good for the first shot, I especially like seeing the phone number everywhere, stay in tune with your customer service driven goals and stay in touch on ecf !

I totally agree with a prior poster who suggested having First Class as an option for shipping. Like her I often want to try a small bottle of liquid but don't want to pay for priority shipping.

Also, would you consider offering an option of something larger than the 10ml size?

Thanks for the great contest and we wish you every success!

Everyone else has pretty much covered the things I would have mentioned, except for one:
The "restocking fee"!!

In your FAQ section, under If I decide that Electronic Cigarettes are not for me, what is your return policy?, it states, in part:
"Because of the nature of the equipment any non defective and or open hardware if approved for return will be subject to a restocking fee."

First of all, it does not say how much and/or what percentage it would be... also, due to the nature of the equipment, it is hard to tell if something is DOA without opening it... I think that this should be worded differently.

I am still a newbie and have not placed very many orders yet, but I am always checking the suppliers out, and some of the first things I look for are the shipping charges and return/warranty policies.

Now feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I have yet to see a 'restocking fee' on any of the other popular suppliers who are registered on this forum...

Just my :2c:

Wow thank you again for the feedback. I will definatly add the first class shipping option and detail it out in the FAQ section. More product selection is on the way along with product by product info and better description. I dedicated a page to promos and coupons. We will update that often. As you can see I like to take request so if you have some things that you really like let me know I will try to include it in the order I make today or tomarrow.

Great call out on the contact us form. I will post some info on response. I deal with my email almost always in real time so responses in most cases are with-in mins. I am designing the site on a monitor bigger than that and I need to keep that in mind. I am determined to build this thing from the ground up with solid relationships and service. Working on replacement site off-line. I just knew if I didn't get it up I would nit pick it forever. Thank you for all the sound advice. TJ
