So now I'll post my thoughts. I really like your site. I like the way it is so easy to navigate. I also like all the information and options you have on it. The only thing I don't like is the gray half of the logo. It looks like you did a good logo in the black, right hand side but then run out of ideas on the gray, left side and just put the words there. That's the only thing I would change. The rest of it is great. Good Job.

OK... hope this game is still on :)

first of all, the Page that ask to approve that you are over 18 - it kills the SEO for the site in google.. KILLS it! (put in before ordering or something like that..)

Secound - I really recommand to go to a Web Designer that will fix your site, because the code is really buged up.. its really streachy...

Good luck guys! :) hope i could help

One thing I noticed right away was the animated .gifs or pictures. Also unless it was already mentioned, some of the pictures are not showing up. As for the animated gif, I personally don't like em. I think the "theme" for the pictures should be consistent, meaning if you're going to pick pictures or even take pictures have them all with the same background etc....

So excited that you guys are in Texas! Just wish I knew where Kyle is (Austin area?!)
I think the moving graphics are a little distracting. And, why just VG juices?
Good luck to you!!!

When I started money was tight I made a choice based on my personal preference. I have some PG on the way. I am going to try to have each flavor in both bases by the end of the month. We are adding more flavors, models, and accessories in a hurry. Yes we are just south of Austin. Thanks again TJ

Ok here we go:

The website looks okay, but seems kind of old fashioned and doesn't catch the eye very well. It's not a bad website but since you are a new supplier competing with hundreds of others now, you need something that makes you stand out. Many suppliers choose to focus on one thing right now and just do that one thing well, but as for you, TVH is selling both equipment and juice, so you need to stand out from the others who are doing the same thing.

Unless you're making your very own e-cig of your very own design, there's gotta be SOMETHING that catches the consumer's eyes because when purchasing a generic e-cig, people are gonna go for the lowest price 99% of the time.

Thank you for taking the time. I am in the middle of getting the site cleaned up and I am working on another off-line. I am definatly shooting for great prices for great quality equipment that I use myself. What we strive to be know for is relationship and on-going service. We feel that in most cases (and I stress most because I have met alot of great people on my own journey as both a vapor and starting a business) this industry is not personal relationship friendly and sometimes has an oddly shady feel to it. I have been taking phone calls from people that are really curious about e-cigs but are very nervous about the conflicting info that is available out there. Great Service*Great Prices* that is what we think the people want. We hope we can build that reputation. Your point could not be better made. It is also well taken. Thank you again TJ

We are having some issues with Mozilla right now. Trying to work it out. I am adding paypal buttons to the site as well that Mozilla seams to be happier with. I will figure it out though. Thank you very much TJ

The Discriptions of your E-liquids are above the picture instead of below so thats a personal critique. Also I was going to ask if you would put a discription of the flavor as best you can on your liquids. The discriptions on taste are vauge a bit which is an issue for me on allot of E-Liquids sites.

Good luck and I wish you all the sucess in the world with your new shop!

First off, congratulations on starting up! You have an awesome start and even better using a forum to get all the kinks worked out. I agree with most, offering lower and no nic would be great. I just started vaping and with as much as I do, since I can vape around the kids I need to ramp it down a bit.

I really love the research and faq pages.

I love the 510 mega kit, though I'd like to see a manual auto or both option. This way you can get a better feel to what the majority of what the customer wants. You may want to shy away from trade marked products you associate the juice with, ie Red Bull can and Camel cig box. Those lawsuits kill startup companies. I look forward to doing business with you in the near future.

Hi! I've been watching your website grow and change over the last week. It's great to see how you've implemented all the changes from the feedback that you have received. It's not often that a merchant asks for input and then actually uses it to improve their website. Kudos for that!

Some things that I like about the website:
1. Your product pics are great. Nice, clear pics or illustrations.
2. Website organization is great. I like the tabs at the top of the home page.
3. Simplicity. Your website is not too 'busy'. I don't like pages that are crowded.
4. Your ecig research section and helpful videos section is a good starting point for people who are new to ecigs.

Some things that need improvement:
1. Better product descriptions. Some folks will not buy if they are unsure of the product.
2. More variety needed. Such as: more than one ecig, more than one nic strength, more than one nic juice base (VG & PG), more nic juice flavors, more spare parts and accessories.

So, over all, there has been a great deal of improvement in the last week. I do realize that you, like most of us, are not wealthy and will no doubt expand your product base when you are able. I look forward to seeing that expansion. I wish you the best of luck in your business venture!

site look nice.
However I dont use 510's so unless I win your contest, I wont be visiting you much.
Sorry.

Fair enough. We are expanding selection as I type. It will be ironed out soon. We will be also soon offering up the oportunity for people to review our product. Hoping for some video reviews with some great honest feedback. If the new flavor supplier does consistantly as well as the samples I have tried I am stoked. I can't say thank you enough to you all for all of the feedback. It has been great. TJ

I know you are just starting out, and will likely be expanding the merchandise selection. I would suggest LR attys, more selection of juice strength (a full line of choices - 0, 6, 12, 18, and 24mg). On your home page, all the tabs at the top are great and easy to navigate, but on the page itself, only has picture links to the starter kits and e-liquid. There should be one for at least.

Sorry if I am repeating anything that other people have said, but I didn't read all the posts in this thread.

Good Luck!! Hope business takes off for you!
