i like how as soon as you enter the site, you can go right to e liquid. It would be nice if the juices came in more sizes.

More flavors and sizes are on the way. As well as adding a first class shipping option for smaller orders. I love to take requests so if you have any please let me know and I will try to add it to my selection. Thanks again TJ

Being pretty much only interested in ejuice, I was able to go right to the juices. Small selection but the prices are competitive. As time goes on I'm sure more sizes and flavors will be added. All around... looks very nice!

More sizes and flavors incoming. If you have any request let me know and I will try to add it to my selection. Thanks again TJ

I like the easy navigation and simplicity of the site. Just a few things I noticed:

1. The word "tobacco" is spelled wrong on the e-liquids page where it says "traditional tabacco flavors"

2. Will you only be carrying the 510's? I use a RN4081 and probably getting a KR808, but I don't see anything on there for those models.

3. I like to order larger bottles (30ml or 50ml) once I find a flavor I like. Will these be added in the future also?

Thats all. OH. I LOVE that you have VG liquids. I don't tolerate the PG ones well i'm finding out. :)

I appreciate the spelling call out. I tried not to miss anything but I obviously did. We will absolutly have more models available very soon. Adding 30ml bottles this week as well as a first class shipping option. Thank you very much TJ

I also would like to see an option for first class shipping. I won't paying high shipping when I just want to try some juice that I know can ship for 2 bucks.

First class shipping will be added as soon as I finish following up on all these posts. Thank you so much for the observation.

Everyone else has pretty much covered the things I would have mentioned, except for one:
The "restocking fee"!!

In your FAQ section, under If I decide that Electronic Cigarettes are not for me, what is your return policy?, it states, in part:
"Because of the nature of the equipment any non defective and or open hardware if approved for return will be subject to a restocking fee."

First of all, it does not say how much and/or what percentage it would be... also, due to the nature of the equipment, it is hard to tell if something is DOA without opening it... I think that this should be worded differently.

I am still a newbie and have not placed very many orders yet, but I am always checking the suppliers out, and some of the first things I look for are the shipping charges and return/warranty policies.

Now feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I have yet to see a 'restocking fee' on any of the other popular suppliers who are registered on this forum...

Just my :2c:

Great questions. DOA's we would always take care of because that would fall into defective product. The call out on the restocking fee is rather common due to the fact that once actually used re-selling or re-using tips or attys would be just plain weird. In this product used anything would make me nervous. I didn't list a percent because I try to be flexable with all my clients. I come from a retail management backround and know that you must be flexable in your support of clients if you wish to keep them. There are a number of suppliers that charge restocking fee's. I have had to look hard on several sites to find it. Some don't list them untill after you make your purchase. Thank you so much for the feedback. TJ

I don't know if someone already mentioned this but the view cart drop down box in the upper right corner covers up part of your slogan, Home of the Better Vapor. All I could see was Home of... It looks pretty good other than that, and the things others have suggested.

Trying to work that out now. I am also adding paypal to all products to give folks more options.
Thanks for the time TJ

The "View Cart" pull-down menu covers up part of your title on all pages. It might be more desirable to have it in the bottom right corner instead, just for aesthetics.

Also, on another aesthetic viewpoint, I think that everything should be a bit more centralized. The text comes across the entire screen, and for widescreen monitors, it looks a bit weird.

This contest is easy. Stop by our site. Look around! Tell us what you think. When this thread reachs 250 posts with feedback about what you think about the site(please be constructive). We will use a random number generator to choose a winner of Wins 5 10ml bottles of E-liquid or a VH510 starter kit their choice. Second contest when our Facebook page reachs 250 likes we will also use a random number generator to pick a winner there of the same great prize as the forum. Have fun and good luck.

Also, are we allowed to enter both contests?
Just curious.

Edit: Nevermind, that was a silly question, lol.

The first thing I noticed is that the site is upfront about where the business operates from. That's unusual, and helpful. The page loads quickly, which not all do.

Kind of a sparce selection; one model of PV; juices only in 10ml, 24mg.

Prices are decent; I wish the make of the 510 attys were divulged; the E-Cig Research and Helpful Videos tabs are, well, helpful.

Not a bad job, overall.

i'll start by saying that i haven't read every1 else's posts so haven't a clue if my suggestions/comments are already covered or not. If they are, then simply add a +1 to the tally. but w/o further ado:

1) you could use a bigger selection (possibly coming soon?) as I don't use 510's myself, I prefer 901 and 801 models and i'm sure several others feel the same about other brands as well (diversification is the key)

2) perhaps a direct email address such as support@vaporhouse or sales@vaporhouse so people can email direct as i've seen form mailers glitch and i've heard of people just not liking to use them. just like the phone number at the bottom a support email would help as well.

3) maybe instead of asking people on your contact page what flavors they think you should carry there are 2 other options possibly worth considering: 1) make a contest for new flavor ideas (could do that job a lot faster) or 2) make a different mailto form and perhaps offer custom flavors.

anyhow those are the constructive criticisms i've noticed. good luck w/ u'r endeavor :)

Purr-sonally, I think there are too many tabs along the top of the page... maybe you could condense some of them by having drop-down menus (ie: Products - with all of them listed under that) also, the Shipping and Return Policies get lost on the FAQ page... perhaps the same could be done with those? Sub-categories maybe?

At least all of the info is there. I think you just need to organize things a little better and fine tune the look of the site... make things easier for people to find. I just came from a site where I couldn't find any of the information anywhere... needless to say, I stopped looking and won't be ordering from them anytime soon!!

Keep up the good work!! :thumb: You are a brave soul for asking the folks on this forum for feedback... Ha!!

To all that have been watching the site change and evolve with your help I thank you. By noon today (Thursday) The site will have been re-worked and cleaned up. Also first class shipping will be availble. Paypal will also be added as a payment option on all product. Keep an eye out. In about a week or so all accessories and new liquids with more flavors and various nic levels and new starter kits will be availble. To all on the forum you have been a great help. I can't say thank you enough. TJ

I would really like to see you guys carry LR attys and Cartos as well as have reviews of your juices as well as where they are made. Also it is a must to know what brand or manufacturer your hardware is... LR LR LR LR!!!!!!!!!! Give the People some LR! Oh and when you get them have them at a great price too.. Am I asking too much. HA AH. Anyways i like the site besides those things. Also It would be nice if you carried some mods or something like that. I believe that those things above will move you up in the world of suppliers very quickly. A mod that can only be bought from your site and make sure it is a quality mod. I dont know how you could do this besides creating your own battery mod. But I know that these are the things that set the big guys apart from the little guys. That or some really amazing Liquid.

Nice page. Very intuitive. You know what I'm looking for. Easy to navigate and find what I'm interested in. I saw a few bad photo links but that's to be expected on a startup. Way to go. Some new sites are unbelievably cheap looking and hard to follow. Yours is well done and uncluttered.

Ok here we go:

The website looks okay, but seems kind of old fashioned and doesn't catch the eye very well. It's not a bad website but since you are a new supplier competing with hundreds of others now, you need something that makes you stand out. Many suppliers choose to focus on one thing right now and just do that one thing well, but as for you, TVH is selling both equipment and juice, so you need to stand out from the others who are doing the same thing.

Unless you're making your very own e-cig of your very own design, there's gotta be SOMETHING that catches the consumer's eyes because when purchasing a generic e-cig, people are gonna go for the lowest price 99% of the time.
