I understand where you are coming from on the battery issue. Though there is no doubt that the 280mah last longer in between charges the better vapor statement without a multi-meter reading is kinda lame. I will address that.

Since it sounds like you're not using Joye, you might well have a 'true 3.7v' angle to pitch there.

Second the Google statement. They are subject to merchant agreements with the different credit card companys. My statement was directed toward ID theft and data breach. Just like your concern with Google over data collection I get concerned about that website that I find in a web search that I would like to buy from but who knows?

Not that it's impossible, but any card theft which occurs is likely to be the result of a phishing attack on the front-end of the transaction, site impersonation, or a trojan/virus on the user's computer. So the whether the 3rd party processor is Google, SecurePay, or one of the other ones, makes little difference, at least not to me. Is it possible for someone to set up a 3rd party payment processor specifically in order to scam CC numbers? Yep. But most data theft comes either from people handling physical cards, or from dumpsters, or other insider employee theft.

But I recognize that Google is a household word these days, and that probably makes a lot of people all comfortable. The sheer size of Google also makes them a bigger target than anybody else.

I also feel the same way about joyetech product. I like what they offer but when they made it clear that doing business with them as a single supplier was not what they are intrested in. (And when I say that I mean have the kind of start up money to meet there minimum order quantities) I went searching for Joye like performance with better value and a twist. That is what I feel I have found in the VH510.

That could be a good market niche. There are people who want higher wattage vaping than they get from a 510, but still want a cigarette form factor. I suppose those folks are currently using a KR8 or similar.

For any and all that do not feel comfortable paying though google. Contact me. I have not doubt we can work out something. Thanks again.

Thank you for the accomodation.

On the homepage... It would be better if your picture wasn't tiled... it just looks bad like that.

The text would be better if it were aligned in smaller paragraphs instead of having to read across the entire screen. Looks really awkward and drawn out in certain places due to that fact. Browsing the site at 1680x1050 on a widescreen monitor.

Pictures are somewhat larger and exaggerated a bit. Cut those down to give a more condensed, professional look.

Color scheme of the site overall though is very easily readable.

As well it is important to give certain details, for example, what brand of atty is listed on the site that is for sale as well as what ohm they are. Is it joye, slb, or what? It'll help with sales if people know what they are buying. Some people want to know that it is joye for instance that they are purchasing because they do not like slb or whatever brand.

I'll be brutally honest: I'm not a huge fan of the animated pictures for your products. It seems kind of tacky.

Also your site doesn't really jump out at me and scream "Buy your products from here!" Instead it looks borderline amateurish which, as a newcomer in a quickly growing market, might be detrimental.

That being said your pricing is competitive and I really enjoy your research and FAQ sections! Best of luck to you and yours!!!

These are the things I look for when I'm considering buying from a supplier: physical location of the supplier, contact info, including tenephone number. Detailed information about the products - including manufacturer, manual or automatic (batteries), pg, vg or ratio mixed (e-juice), specs for attys and batts and cartos. Kind of an E-Cigs for Dummies supplier.

Great observation. We are located at 5401 S. FM 1626 Ste. 170-200 Kyle Tx, 78640. We will have the customer service number up and posted by Monday. Will have all of the specs availble this week in PDF links with the product.
I hope everyone looks at this as we do. By the time we get done over the next few weeks we hope to make this site have and be all that we as vapors would like it to be.

Well you definately need a wider selection on everything. I know you are new and will probably get it soon enough. Good luck to you.

Absolutly we have product already incoming and I am placing another order on Tuesday. If there are flavors or accessories that you would like to see please let me know. tj@thvaporhouse.com

My only real suggestion would be to standardize the dimensions of your images, and I don't know if it's because I'm using a wide screen monitor or what, but a lot of them seem to be distorted (stretched out or squished too far in one direction or another)

Also, Coming is misspelled on the "comming soon" part of your e-liquid section.

Hi On your site I noticed that you sell the kit with Mega batts But you do not offer them as singles you may want to offer the option to buy them with out having to buy a kit! I know that You are just starting up and maybe they will be on the way :) good luck with the New biz!

Good call out. Yes they are on the way. Thanks for stopping by

Fixed my spelling problem lol. Thanks for that. Will have pics straight in the morning. Thanks again

I find the FAQ page a tough read, so to speak. I think instead of having both 'question' and 'answer' in bold, it would flow much easier if the entire question itself was in bold or just simply underlined and the answer in normal text.

I would also have rather seen the shipping rates and info more towards the top of FAQ (or under their own tab) as opposed to nearly at the bottom. Perhaps it is just me, but shipping plays a part in if I place a smaller order or not. When visiting a site I haven't seen before, I want to find their shipping info easily and not have to hunt for it.

Just my :2c:

Kylevapor (Kyle I assume),

It's obvious your getting started in the business, due to the lack of a lot of products yet on your website. This will change. It reminds me of when my wife and I opened up a hobby shop selling radio control aircraft, boats and cars back in 1977. The day we opened only one of our initial shipments had arrived yet and the whole place looked bare. A bit embarrassing. That changed. Within two years I had to leave my regular industrial rubber sales job because we were making more at the hobby shop. I hope you'll find a similar, gratifying experience. There is NOTHING so fulfilling as running your own business and it being successful. NOTHING! (Well, maybe one other thing.)

I didn't see any of those "click-here-to-enlarge" image boxes on your site. GOOD! I hate those things. Personally, just show it too me full size in the first place like you did at VH510 Extra Pics, and I'll be quite happy. Now, throw some nice explanatory and informational text around those pics on that page and it would be great for my taste.

I'm brand new to this vaping cult, so I'll throw some business your way with the sale your running once I get done with this post. I need to try some juices anyway. You will be my very first juice order, and my second total web order for vaping supplies -- the first having only been about an hour ago.

I was only 28 when I started that hobby shop, but I had had a GREAT mentor at the industrial rubber distributor where I was working. He was like a father to me. He had been a US Marine carrier jet pilot, and he never lost his cool. He had some great sayings that he taught me to live by:

• Never lose a customer over just a sale. What he meant was, even if you end up losing money on that one sale. Whether they screwed up, or you screwed up. Eventually you'll run into a situation where this is very hard for you to do, but you won't regret biting the bullet and treating the customer like you would like to be treated in a bad situation. Loyal, repeating customers are much harder to get than sales.

• There are a lot of a..h...s out there. You want them to be your a..h...s. (The number increases a lot and this is more true when selling to the public than when selling to an industrial buyer. If someone is ALWAYS hard to please, you can only deal with them if you can make a profit. But, these jerks can get you a lot of business, or send it away from you, when they tell others how you treated them.)

• Sell your suppliers just like you sell your customers. You want those suppliers to frickin' love you. It never hurts to send a box of candy or something at Christmas to that, possibly, lowly person (or department) that might be taking your orders. It will pay off many times over, like when you need a shipment expedited, etc.

Other than that, I would just say to sell your strong points. If you are a small, mom & pop operation now, sell THAT and the personalized service you can give right now. Many people are actually looking for that rather than a big, impersonal source for this kind of product. Don't try to be or to look too slick too fast, if 'small' is truly your situation right now. You can always look slick later on when you become one of the big guys on the block.

I hope you'll find some of this advise useful. Best of luck to you in your new venture!

I'm not sure why, but I started placing an e-juice order on your juice pages on your website, and the little "add to cart" buttons stopped appearing on the pages.

Also, for your sale, "buy 3 get 1 free," I noticed you have 13 flavors now, but fortunately I hate menthol. Would it be that if I buy 9 (order 12), I would get 3 free? I don't know how you intend the sale to work. I'll wait to order till I hear more from you about the first issue in particular.

I'm going to try to attach two screenshots of the problem in case they may help you.

Tim
