It very well could be the PG. What VG/PG ratio do you normally vape and is the juice you purchased a different ratio?
It says max vg..so I don't know. By the way a battery was over heating on me...I did something wrong in a mech mod and it split some of the coating on the battery..I am recharging it now. Does the coating have to be intact or is it ok
Hmm max VG...Then I would not think it would be what little Pg there is in it causing the cough. It could be one of the flavors or an additive like EM. I know that if there is a lot of peach flavor in a juice I cough uncontrollably. Not sure why and I hate it because I love peach.
Now the battery. Split the coating - I am guessing you are talking about the plastic (or whatever it is made of) wrapper. Honestly I am not sure. If it was me I would wrap it with tape or something. I look at it like I would rather be safe than sorry. The body of a battery is metal so I guess it could potentially cause a short. This is if the entire wrapper was removed. Like I said I am not 100% sure.
My main concern is the battery getting hot. If I remember correctly you are vaping 1 ohm and higher. If that is true and your battery was getting really hot then something was wrong. I chain vape on 0.6 ohm and my battery has never even got warm to the touch. Check the ohms of your rda and make sure the reading is constant and not bouncing all over the place. Also while it is on ohm tester lightly touch your coils and watch to see if the reading starts to bounce. Sometimes a leg will break and the end will still be touching the post but not making a 100% connection. Another thing is to make sure your top cap is not touching your coils and also that your coils are not touching the build deck.

Another thought...If you are using a kick then make sure it is installed correctly and securely. If not they can cause a short as well. If possible completely pull the mod apart and look for any signs of electricity arching. It will look like little burnt spots.
I have read NOT to use a battery if the wrapper is damaged. Don't know if it's true, but that is what I have read.
Makes sense to me. I mean the housing is metal and so is the inside of the mod. So there is always that chance that it could short. You can wrap electrical tape around them or get something like this Search results for: 'battery pvc wrap'
I just got a Smok Extender and some how when I tightened it ..it stayed on as if I was pushing the bottom button. I have different batteries with different set-ups going all the time...now I check my mech mods to make sure they aren't firing. I had a tank on it so it was on it's side..and my husband checked out the battery and said to tape it also...thank you!!
If it has the adjustable pin in the 510 connection then the adapter probably just pushed it out to far and it was making contact with the batter continuously. Glad to hear it was something simple to identify and that no harm came from it.

I believe they always send tracking....and like I said RML hasn't been on for a long time.....
Last time I heard anything from RML he was working on getting his juice on the shelf at a local B&M. That was not to long before thanksgiving so I don't know. The website is still up and running so I don't think he has closed up shop. Maybe use the contact form on the website and include your ECF username. Outside of ecf I would guess that is the best way to reach out to him.
Loving it man! It has replaced my Kayfun and now is my goto tank when out and about. With the amount of juice it holds I only have to refill it about once a week compared to refilling my Kayfun almost every day.
Speaking of the Kayfun, after the first of the year I am going to be doing a clean up/out. If I get rid of a Kayfun I will give you first dibs if your interested!
