Grande leaking! Help!!!

If its leaking out the bottom that makes me think of two different things. The connector (the actual 510 threading part) or the base of the tube.

If its the connector its one of two things:
1) the seal over the cup at the top where the wick is needs to be seated correctly. It may have gotten lifted up a bit when you were putting juice in
2) the seal on the bottom where the connecter is may not have been installed correctly.

Chances are its number 1

The white seal needs to be pushed completely down onto the cup and needs to be aligned with wicks. There are 4 tiny slits(insert joke here) underneath the white seal that need to be aligned with the wicks. This makes pushing down a bit easier.

I see the markings on the bottom of which you speak but it's tough trying to see through the tank to align the stopper. I'll keep trying though! Thanks for all the tips!

With mine the tiny fill hole was right in the middle of the two wicks on one side. Hope that helps a bit
