Has anyone tried Vanilla Custard from other MFG's and compared it to Capella? If so, I'd like to know who all else has a similar flavoring. I'm about to order a larger bottle either way, just curious how close others are to the same and if anyone else has tried another MFG to get a similar blend.

Ive tried the TFA Vanilla Custard and the Capellas, I like the capellas much better. IMO the TFA has a perfume-like taste to it.

TFA is definitely a no go. After 4 days of steeping in and out of a hot water bath, it aged to a nice golden yellow but vaped like there was really nothing to it. I'm going to give FA's Custard a go with some vanilla and caramel and see how well that turns out. Just got in a small shipment of flavors from FA since I've yet to really dive into them much (except the cookie flavor).

Just thought we'd add to the list:

Our unflavored base is 80% VG; 9% distilled water; 9% sterile saline (.9% solution; 2% pga...at 10mg/ml nic

We mixed this version into the above base -
7.5% Vanilla Custard CAP
2% Dulce de Leche TFA

...and we're 'over the top' on the flavor (it could easily be less)...but it's absolutely fantastic just the way it is! Maybe it's the saline doin' it's thing (it seriously makes flavors pop).

We've never tried Grants, but if it has 'more flavor' than this, it'd be sickening to us.

However, having never tried CAP Vanilla Custard before, we were both sad/frustrated to find (very quickly) - that it shreds our throats & lungs. One of us was only able to vape 6-8 puffs before starting an irritated shallow cough. (a quick search showed that we're not the only ones that feel the 'whatever chemical/s' in CAP Vanilla Custard.

We've got some TFA Vanilla Custard that should be here shortly, so we'll definitely give that a try and let y'all know how it compares.

Be careful, fellow vapers & vaperettes! We've all got some level of lung damage after smoking analogs - and just because it doesn't burn/irritate as much as tar & hot smoke, doesn't mean it's "safe" or "healthier than analogs".

But still...this one is definitely peaking out the Yum Meter!

It's basically salt water that's commonly used by us common folks for dry eyes, dry mouth, irrigating sinuses & wounds, etc. It's also used medically for nebulizer treatments (it's the fluid one mixes the meds into for asthma/bronchial treatments). It's great for the throat & lungs because it hydrates & soothes.

In vapes, the small amount of salt makes the flavors 'pop' (just like salt does in cooking) - but you can't taste the salt.

It's sold as .9% Sterile Saline solution (sometimes marked 'for irrigation only'). Most mom/pop pharmacies carry it, and you can find it on Amazon, too.

Do you guys know if Cap Vanilla Custard has any Acetyl Propionyl and/or Acetoin in it?

I've e-mailed the company directly but they never got back to me, which seems a bit odd to me:(

More than likely, yes. Most all custard flavors have at least one except FlavourArt but from my taste testing, it's not as much custard as something else.
