Great customer service again from LF!

I got a new Riva 510 Lite Bundle, and both batteries are no good out of the box. I gotta tell you all, Ty has taken care of this so quickly my head is spinning! Replacements on the way already, and they're sending me a mailer to return the defective batteries.

I just want to publicly say: Best prices, best customer service, biggest selection. How can you beat that?
