Great Customer Service Experience

Placed an order for a couple items and about 30 minutes later realized I forgotten to order some of these:
CE4 Silicone Drip Tip Covers

These Silicone Drip Tip Covers are only 24 cent a piece and fit nicely on standard cartomizers. Tried to figure a way to add to the order online and realized that can't be done. Opened a support ticket to see if there was any way to add to an order and quickly received a response saying that I would have to call. Called 704-624-8551 and was speaking to a representative in less than a minute. He was able to empty my shopping cart totaling $1.98 and merge it in with my order that was in a processing status so I could avoid paying for a 2nd shipping charge. I'm very happy to receive such good customer service.

ABSOLUTELY! My first order with madvapes, and for my bad luck, the USPS seems lost the parcel. Bad lucky indeed, because another order from other company had the same problem. damm you USPS.
But differentely of another ALXXXXE company, madvapes offers me to refund. And i offer the pay or share the loss. It was not madvapes fault. I totally admired their behavior.

Bisteka, Sorry to hear about your luck with USPS. I ordered Friday and got my stuff Tuesday and MV packed it well and all was correct!
It was my first order also with MV and I can say there online ordering for me was painless compared to some other places I have used.
The quality of the items I ordered look very good. Can't wait to rig up the Trident and give it a spin. I heard everyone say the o-rings are tuff on this unit to get apart new and wear in but I am finding it's just firm. Good luck on your next order!

Edit: I just went to make a coil for the trident and found the threads are angled so the unit looks like the leaning tower Sad
