Hello:

I've got quite few ProVari mod's. One of my most expensive ones, a TI Classic, recently failed to fire or turn on. I believe the positive post broke off. Anyway, I notified ProVape that I needed a return authorization for an out of warranty repair. ProVape immediately responded and I sent in the mod. Blake at ProVape sent me an e-mail they had received it and would keep me informed. Imagine my surprise when a day later I was sent an automated e-mail that ProVape had sent me a package. They did the repair and paid the return postage without ever asking me for cent. This speaks volumes about the company!
