Researchers in India have just developed an electronic cigarette that is nicotine free

Researchers develop nicotine-free, disposable e-cigarette - Times Of India

I like how the researchers claim their product has "none of the nicotine found in many existing e-cigarettes"... Many existing

I think I am going to do some of my own research and develop a cookie that does not include any of the chocolate chips found in many existing cookies. I'll call mine Peanut Butter cookies.

I thought the packaging of the e-cig looked familiar! I buy from a Japanese company (Rakuten) sometimes and I found this on their English sales site: Rakuten: Electronic cigarette health cigarette [TBC-X]- Shopping Japanese products from Japan
So, in other words, "no researchers" were involved in what is claimed in this Times of India article. The product they are promoting is from Japan which also does not allow nicotine in their e-cigs bought over the counter over there. My friends who vape in Japan order their nicuid from the U.S., China and Europe.

This article in the Times of India was a reprint/excerpt from another article originally published in London (which is why the word London is the first word at the beginning of the article).

Also, while nicotine free e-cigarette products have been on the market for more than three years, I think the title of the article may be correct in stating that this product is the first "disposable" e-cigarette that doesn't contain nicotine.
