Greencig Cart Mod

The first time I did this I mangled the cart....oh it was BAD!
The second time the video feed was all choppy and messed
up! Well here it is, all good now! I did this one with one of the newer
carts made (the metal ones) since the flavors were weak but they are harder to take apart. The vapor on them is amazing and I was seriously surprised that vapor was not affected by the the cart mod. I also have taken the cart out stuffed 510 filler down in there and dripped directly onto that. You do NEED the whitle tip or you may get juice in your mouth. One way t stop this is to use the inside rubber plug found in the KR808 cart
Special thanks to Youtube for pushing me to do this and also Demulta and Drewsworld as we were flinging ideas around while attempting this.
I only use up to 24 mg juice and I get a throat hit that is too much for me and Drew at Nhaler's juice is thicker than many juices I have tried so if your using any other juice you may need that KR808 plug or watch for leakage or add some VG. Well here is the Video, Enjoy!

Want to add.. tonight I got that blue foam finally and will attempting to mod with eclypse's blue foam plug, will let you know what happens!

Very nice vid...One question...Did you mark how the reservoir came out or just put it back any old way??? For some reason I have had a hard time lining it back up just right...But then again I never cut one like this before...Gotta try right now!!! Nice job...

I am going to honest here.. never really calculated it. I can see where I scrape off all the glue with knife and just put where I saw the lines.
I am going to push a little further down later today and try and pull one up a little higher and try to see if a difference.
Also I should state at night I do put a few drops in the battery end to soak up before carting off with me to work, I dont know if this effects anything either. It may do something because of the hairs in the atty.. this modding is all new to me so I will have to play some more.
I just know this works for me and the vapor still Rocks in these carts! I cant wait to try the blue foam!

Hi! I'm totally new here and to ecigs. I just got my very first stuff from Drew. Now I've been buggin' him with lots of questions!
Anyhoo, I've been reading and doing all sorts of research on this website and after chatting with Drew, decided on the Greencig 220. Since I want to save money, (who doesn't these days?!), I looked at every video I could find on this website about how to refill the carts.
After watching your (needvapor) video, I thought I would see if there was an easier way to get that little white cap off, without wrecking it.
I found it! Right away the thought popped into my head. Use a hot hair dryer. I put the cart tip right up to the hair dryer for about 20 seconds, then took my dental tool and worked the little white cap off from the outer edge and it popped right off! No damage done at all. Then I did what you did and got all the glue out.

Now my question is, why do you cut off the bottom of the part that holds in the juice? Then put on another mouth piece? Is cutting off the bottom to get more vapor? Is putting on another mouth piece to keep from getting the juice in your mouth?
