Ok, so here's the deal... I bought a GreenCig, branded as a local store brand out here. I'm not sure what the actual parent company of this thing is, but needless to say, I AM NOT IMPRESSED.
The first unit I had, lasted for about 4 days and died on me. The light would just blink over and over, regardless of the cart, or the amount of time charged.
I returned this unit to the store and they try to tell me it could be the charger, so then I try the charger overnight knowing damn well it's not going to fix it, sure enough it didn't, so I return that this morning as well. There was a little argument at the counter, because the lady tried to tell me I wasn't charging it right, that she gave me a charger and a new battery the night before (didn't happen), blah blah blah...
Anyhow, long story short, I get all new pieces. The battery looks different as there is no vent drilled in the side of the thread, there isn't a groove where the battery connects (in the center, underside), the tip has a light gray "ash styled" light, and the body has tiny yellow stripes from top to bottom. Great, whatever, BUT... The damn thing does not flash three times when connecting to the charger like the last one did (when it was working), and it produces no vapor whatsoever with my carts (but lights up like it is supposed to)?
I have a 510 ego and a whole bunch of extra parts coming, so I will have a quality unit soon, but I paid $100 for this turd and have 25+ carts. Is this just a shoddy product and a lost cause? Did I just wipe my .... with a $100 bill? Or is it that she gave me a battery to another product?
