Greetings for the IE! Two part question for the vets...

Hello everyone & salutations from the Inland Empire!

Wanted to introduce myself and also ask a quick question.

I've been vaping for almost 2 months now. So far I've only got an iTaste vv/vw v3 and am in the proccess of trying different clearos/cartos and of course juices. I think eventually I will want to get in rebuildables and mods.

Before I do however, I've been trying to gather as much info and how to as I can. I wanted to know, where or how did you all first learn to rebuild an atomizer? Is there a good thread here or maybe a website where I can get good simple step by step instructions on how to do my first one?

My best advice is to search youtube with the model you want to try ie: aga-t, protank, vivi nova etc watch them all and use your best judgement. you will want to make sure you read the ohms on it. kanthal resistance wire is cheaper on ebay (100 ft 32 @ about $8 compared to 30-36 inches from ecig websites for $2.00 plus)

Yes, there are some epic threads in the RBA forum and some really good videos out there too. Read and view everything you can on batteries, wicking and wrapping coils. After that you just have to do it. You will probably not get it the first few times and you might have to buy different wire or wick material to get the performance you want, so have a good setup to vape in the meantime so you don't get impatient. Yeah YouTube is your friend for tips tricks reviews and general info. Of course be prepared to find many The Best Ways to do a specific build. I just keep looking till I see one the makes really good sense to me, and try that method. Yesterday I just built my first coil on my newly arrived The Russian rba, and am loving it. I also have 2 protanks, but after vapping on the Russian all day, I put a PT back on and now the PT's just don't do it for me no more. lmao. Have an old ego with a plastic clearomizer on it and that really tastes like crap now.

Be forewarned, once one starts on the road of vapping, rba's and genesis devises, you become enthralled on a never ending quest for the ultimate vape. lmao
