Griffin - authentic vs clone?

I have not had a griffin clone, but I've had other velocity style deck clones, all have the same problem with the screw holes and grubs.
One out of 4 always seem to be stripped or doesn't hold securely.

My authentic griffin doesn't have that problem, but I don't like the grubs it came with. But I ordered the slotted replacement screws from vaping walrus and those have been working perfectly, although I wish the slots weren't as wide as they are. Still better over the grubs

If your gonna be working with alot of velocity style decks like on the griffin get yourself a quality 1.27mm/0.05inch hex driver. Those included hex drivers are garbage. They are undersized and will strip easily.

It's worth it to get a bunch of good spare screws as well.
