I've noticed since using my PV that I seem to get hungry more often. I've been trying to do the right thing (because my diet has always been pretty horrible) and actually am starting to eat three meals a day. Unfortunately...it seems like i eat breakfast around 11am, lunch around 3pm, and dinner around 10pm....ugh. I hope I don't start gaining a bunch of weight....I play volleyball 3 nights a week and find that if i eat at 3pm I'm not starving when I play at night and then I eat when i get home(which is usually pretty late).

A lot of ppl on the forum have lost quite a bit of weight since using their PV, unfortunately, some including myself have gained a little to quite a bit. I think most gains are in part due to actually quitting the analogs. Althought we are still getting nicotine, we dropped a large part of our "diet" by losing all the dangerous substances in analogs that help decrease appetite. My advice is continue eating meals rather than snacking, keep it healthy, and continue being active. Good luck!

I usually fall into the "less-hungry" crowd, but every couple of weeks I eat like a horse. Weird. I don't know if I'm losing weight, because I don't track it. Maybe I should. Naaah, I'll worry about that sometime after I've managed to quit completely. I'm a guy: I can only focus on one thing at a...

Hey, there's a ball! Go get the ball! Hahaha! A red ball!

My sister her husband and I all have gained weight since stopping cigarette in favor of PVs, just like it happens for people who stop smoking. For now it's winter and i decided not to care too much but come spring i'll run my ... off until i've lost all of it !

My advice is continue eating meals rather than snacking, keep it healthy, and continue being active.

Come time for me to lose weight i'll count my calories (1500 or a bit less, i'm 5'8") and make it a lot of food (bananas, lean chicken, proteinated milk, tomatoes, lettuce, unsweetened yogurt, etc... 1500cal of that makes a lot of food) which i'll divide evenly in 5 to 6 meals a day. Worked wonders last time i did that.

Maybe it has something to do with the Nic level your using..I started off using 18mg and noticed I was not very satisfied with that and I would snack and use my PV every min of the day..Then I switched to 24mg and just like night and day I quit all the snacking and am now able to put the PV down and walk away from the fridge! Good Luck!

i was just going to suggest the same thing, until i found a PV and nic level that got me off analogs i seemed to have a snack in one hand and the PV in the other.

but since getting my magnum mod built i've been loosing weight without even trying. infact i went to the DR last week and had lost 15 pounds in just 2 months without any change in activity level.

maybe try a stronger mg/ml of liquid.... it has helped others keep cravings at bay. i'm sure you've read about how PVs are not as efficient at getting nic into our bloodstream; and without that stimulant being near your old level i can see a potential for craving snacks.
