You can. Start with a low percentage and increase it according to taste.
Most important, keep good notes of what you do. It sucks if you come up with the perfect juice and can't recreate it. I haven't had this happen yet but I've seen quite a few who have. It's happened to me reloading ammo though.

as everyone posted here it is really simple to make a mix. but after that i like to tweak my recipes by feel, not numbers;
phase one, mix and try in a dripper.
phase 2 if I like think I can commit to this recipe it goes into my evod.
phase 3 sometimes I like to tweak by feel as I do cooking (add some drops directly into the half way clearo, If I don't like it i just refill and dilute those drops, if I like then 1 calculate the mix that I just made to the original recipe bottle (1 drop for half an evod is approximately 8 drops to the whole 4ml as I have already used 1 ml in the clearo.)) this tends to dilute a bit the strength of the nicotine but I don't really mind that
phase 4 make a big batch, I haven't really gone into this phase yet, I do like my juices but I think I like to try new mixes every time instead of committing to a big bottle yet.
