Excellent post, Samyaza!

As a side note, I would like to add that Biotene is a good mouthwash. It strengthens the good bacteria in your mouth. Most other mouthwashes kill all bacteria, including the good kind.

I usually use Listerine right after brushing, drink a couple glasses of water while I wait for an hour, then rinse with Biotene to regenerate that good bacteria. Has worked well for me :)

Aside from flossing, brushing, going to the dentist for a cleaning more often, and using a sort of rinse (I actually prefer oil pulling since it doesn't kill the good bacteria as far as I know), you can also use your finger, or a rubber tipped eraser and when you think about it, run it over your gumline all over. This helps stimulate the tissue and brings in the blood supply. More blood supply, faster healing.

Tongue scraping is good too to get out SO much gunk that could be supplying your gumline with enemy bacteria.

I got bleeding gums in my second month and even and odd achiness in my teeth. In a few weeks, it went away. By my 3rd month I was virtually free from the weird stuff going on w/ that and now into my 4th month, nothing.
vaping makes me drink water like crazy so I don't have any of the throat issues. I also use %100 vg.

Nictotine is a vasoconstrictor, which means that it reduces blood flow to the gums. This makes it easier for gum disease to set in and cause bleeding gums.

It is not a good sign, though vaping IS better for your oral health than cigarettes. Corsodyl mouthwash and gel for a month is a standard treatment for bleeding gums, though that Biotine one mentioned above sounds good.

If it continues and isn't related to rough brushing/flossing you should see a dentist.

When I started vaping, my gums bled a little when I flossed. It took a couple months but, it did subside.

Yesterday I finally got to the dentist after a year of vaping. They were ecstatic that I'd quit smoking and they liked vaping but, man did I get a cleaning! It took over an hour and I had to really grip the arms of the chair at times. I'm still sore but, my teeth look better than they have in years. I guess the oral hygienist figured I wasn't going to mess up her work with cigarette smoke so she went to town!

In fairness to her, this was a new dentist for me. I have had trouble finding a dentist I liked since I moved here. I do like this one though. It could be she's always that thorough.
