My Kanger T3S clearomizer always makes the gurgling sound and the e liquid will then get to my mouth! On good days it works fine but once i refill the liquid bam problems comes back again and its damn annoying as the liquid finish real quick! I suspect its the wick problem but im not too sure.

Anyone out there have a solution for me! Thank you!

I find with bottom coil clearomizers gurgling and dry hits are all too common, and its just a matter of wick placement and liquid type. if it gurgles too much you might need to add a wick or use a thicker juice, or you could try to warm up the coil before inhaling. I know that sudden taste of eliquid in your mouth can be revolting.

Overfilling, juice in the shaft, missing flavor wick, drawing too hard for the system.

When refilling, make sure you blow out the excess juice or condensation in the center tube Before you replace the base (blow from the refilling end to the mouth piece, wipe the mouth piece off, use a q-tip inside the mouth piece if you feel the need).

Make sure you wipe off the coil, coil shaft and base and blow out the coil shaft from the top to the connector bottom, wipe off any juice that comes out.

Remember to put the silicone cup back on the coil shaft if you removed it (cup goes over the coil).

If you pull off your coil shaft, you may loose a flavor wick. Have replacement wick on hand for these times, or learn to rebuild coils.

A dry burn of the coil may be needed. Best to ask or look for the instructions for that.

Makes sure all the silicon seals are in place and the head/wick assembly is firmly tightened to the base.

Drawing too hard or fast causes more juice to be pulled into the wick than it can vaporize, after a couple vapes the juice builds up and seeps into the center tube (air tube) where it combines with condensation which causes gurgling/flooding. Then after it is flooded when you take another drag the juice has no other place to go but in your mouth.

Seals in place, head tight, slow steady draws, occasional drying of the center tube with a napkin tp or paper towel = happy bcc user,,, usually.

Had the same problem with the same clearomizer. The most common problem, and my problem is/was the wicks. It is hard to tell especially with a wick that already has liquid in it, but the wicks are not taking up all the space in the hole they sit in. Probably not the best idea, but I cut a LITTLE piece of my white cotton under shirt and rolled it to look like another wick. Put everything back together and no more leaks what so ever. It was even leaking into my battery. Another tip I could share with you is for when you first hear it gurgling, or can tell there is some excess liquid, turn it completely upside down and do about 10 vapes. This will get rid of the excess liquid while keeping the wick from absorbing more.

Here is a great video talking about wicks and how to break down the t3s. It helped me a lot!! How To: Fix your leaking Kanger T3! - YouTube
