As the title suggests. I know getting verified and stalking the classies would help but such is not the case as of right now. I would even be happy if someone had an idea of the ETA for the new ones coming to US vendors.
I have sadly contracted mod envy.

As you already mentioned, the best way to get one is to stalk the classifieds. I have seen them there. They aren't cheap though.
