I bought 2 atomizers back in the middle of April and both died today. I used them for different types of flavors. I was a little nervous about the warranty process due to all the warnings in this thread, however I contacted them through the website and also sent an email making sure to mention my order number. To my surprise I got an email today...on the same day! 8-o It gave me the number thing and the address to send it to. Hopefully I'll send them tomorrow, maybe I've yet to run into trouble...but keeping my fingers crossed.

I contacted them about a return through their website 2 weeks ago. I got an immediate auto reply that they would contact me. Hasn't happened yet.

best advice any one can get regarding h20vapor is to not order from them as im sure some one in this thread probably said. The warrenty doesn't seem worth all the hassle. im still pretty upset about having to wait nearly two weeks to get my atomizer which came in the wrong color(no biggy but still) even with paying 10 bucks to get it shipped to me in 2-3days

Oh, trust me, I think we all moved. But we are "documenting" what this character do business so everybody can know what they could be dealing with in they buy something from him.
You know, I don't like "reviews" I totally prefer facts, and if there are many, documented, there is no doubt about the veracity of the information.
That's all.

the bbb has created a profile on them and i submited a dispute, i know that nothing will come of it but at least they will have a low rating and i encourage everyone else who is having issues to make a dispute to help their rating to be a F here is their profile H2O Smoking | BBB Review | Riverview, FL and also make a complaint to the FTC here is their website maybe it will help drive them out of business https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ the more people who will do it the more likely they will look in to it

I placed a second order after my first order came with no problems. My first atty last almost two months, which 1 year warranty or not is 8times longer than most of my atties survive. I though i'd finally found a source of atties that were built to survive my somewhat constant 6v vaping.

Placed an order for two more june 24th, Received a backorder notice july 13th and have not gotten any further notices or responses to emails. Called again just now and finally got through to Angelo, asked for a status update for my order number, and the line went dead.

It's only thirty dollars, but i'm now ...... off.

It's a shame, cause that was the best damn atty i've ever used, and i'm sick of buying three or four every two weeks.

Well, I almost forgot about this. Here it is, over 2 months later, I never received replacement atties. I haven't looked at this thread in awhile to see if that guy is still around...will do so now.
