I bought 2 atomizers back in the middle of April and both died today. I used them for different types of flavors. I was a little nervous about the warranty process due to all the warnings in this thread, however I contacted them through the website and also sent an email making sure to mention my order number. To my surprise I got an email today...on the same day! 8-o It gave me the number thing and the address to send it to. Hopefully I'll send them tomorrow, maybe I've yet to run into trouble...but keeping my fingers crossed.
