How long does it take them to answer you after you notify them about a dead atty?
I got two, the first one die yesterday. I sent them an email but of course no answer yet.

He was on Live tonight answering all those questions, should be recorded for you to view.

Well at first I emailed them through their site and went about 2 weeks with no answer then i logged in and went under comments and left a comment and it took a day to answer me after I did that. But I still have not received my replacement atomizers yet and they died over a month ago. So i've been waiting a month or so.

Wow, so Angelo has time to do radio shows while ignoring emails from customers, huh? I've been waiting for over a week just to get a return number. Super customer service, Angelo!

When I placed my order the black automatic kit was out of stock. I discovered that AFTER my credit card was charged and I got an email saying my order would be shipped in 3-4 days. It shipped 7 days later - I received menthol instead of the Marlboro that I had ordered. No "thanks for waiting" freebies, either. A week later I received the wrong order, but didn't even bother contacting them because communication had already proved to be slow.

I purchased the VX kit based on the favorable reviews here (I should have put more stock in the final pages of this thread) and the warranty. I got the automatic batteries, which have been such a disappointment. I emailed Angelo asking him what the cut-off was because my battery was regularly going off at TWO seconds. I tried every method of vaping, and nothing. 2 seconds on, 3 off, 2 on, etc. I emailed for a return number because one of the batteries won't even work now for 2 seconds. I was told I would get a return number "shortly", and then I got silence for several days. When I emailed him again for a return number and also mentioned that the other battery was being wonky he responded to say that I needed to call him for trouble-shooting advice. Still no return number!

This guy is a joke. He doesn't care about his customers. Nothing about the equipment justifies the price. A warranty is only as good as the vendor offering it, and in this case it's pretty much worthless.

Well, I email them replying the confirmation of my order (yup, I keep those kinf of mails) and received my number already. In my case, up to now, I cannot complain much about the service. I suggest using email instead of contacting them via the webpage.
I'll be sending the dead atty tomorrow and let you know how long it takes to get the replacement.

Alright guys, quick update.

Angelo has been superb in helping me out. The e-ciggs themselves are great. My batteries are lasting me over 6 hours with heavy vaping.

The carts hold an awesome amount of juice - however - like all magnum carts you run into the problem of the top of the poly fill drying out before the bottom, so you need to redrip anyway.

If you want a faster reply from Angelo - go into your account and look under Order History, post a comment to whichever order you are inquiring about. They take care of customer's as a priority - and their e-mail box is flooded with questions from non-customers. Using this option on their webpage, you are telling them you're already a customer.

Unfortunately my multimeter died literally while I was testing the atomizer, but I believe they're 2.9 OHM.

Everything about this feels like it's better quality, the wicks are slightly larger and a lot more sturdy than other e-ciggs I've used.

I have not had to do a return yet - obviously - but I would encourage everyone to be patient. With retail warranty's like this, you likely need to return the item - then they return the item to their distributor and send out your replacement when it arrives. That's likely a month+ turn around.

Angelo is a really good guy in my book - if you call the company and press 0 it will connect you directly to him, it's just a matter of getting ahold of him when he's not busy.

So far I am extremely satisfied with everything. This is my own personal experience with them. I would recommend buying two extra atomizers and 2 extra batteries, just so you can wait for the warranty turn around.

Like I said, for a faster response - use your order history option under the account on their webpage, rather than e-mailing them.

I'll keep updating my results with these as they get more use, but so far they're flawless. Produce heavy vapor, battery life is very long for a 510.

dirtyblacksocks - That's great that it's working out for you. My experience has been quite the opposite.

I wouldn't recommend that anybody purchase ANYTHING extra or otherwise from this guy. I'm probably guaranteeing that I'll never get this battery replaced because I'm leaving negative feedback about this company. He probably reads this forum, and he'll recognize me from the details about my issues. At this point I'm just accepting that this purchase was a loss. His customer service is clearly inconsistent, and I've ended up on the losing end.

Live and learn, I suppose. Also, it doesn't matter what method of communication I use. I've tried it all with the exception of calling him. I don't really have any desire to talk to this dude. I'm doing my best to just remain polite through emails. He's dragging his feet about a warranty he has plastered all over his website. At this point I'm begging him for a return number, and he's telling me to try different atomizers and clean my threads. When I respond that I've done so I get silence again. I think he's hoping I'll just go away.

When it works, this e-cig is nice. Too bad Angelo doesn't stand behind his own policies.

I would really recommend calling and dialing 0 a few times throughout the day until you get through to him. He's been a nice guy with me so far. You'll probably get better results that way, even if you do have to be rude.

I don't see anybody who has recently buy the attys. I and the other posters around got them a long time ago.

When we got them, we were happy because indeed, they work well, at least as good as any other atty... the main issue lately is the warranty.

I expect to receive what I paid for. In this case, an atty with a warranty for a price.

Oh well, my loss for $15, add another $15 from son et lumiere and many more; company gain for… what? Maybe $10,000 months ago… their loss in the last few months and future because I am not buying anything from them.

I think the best way we can vote for a good or bad vendor is with our wallet… mine won’t vote for H2O ever again.

H2O Angelo is a scammer in my book........ordered 2 atomizers on the 5th of May, card was charged and it took a week to supposedly ship the product. Note, this was the second order from H2O Smoking. The first order was recieved in a few days. This last order from May has still not made it. The H2O team says they are still trying to track it down. They first claimed this over 3 weeks ago. Still no product and I really don't expect it. No problem, got my money back through CC company.
Once in a while, you will uncover seedy companies like this one. Thanks to the forums
others can be educated to them and avoid them at all costs.
