On drippers. You must keep drippng juice into them regularly, and kinda hard to drive and such while using them. And you would not want to stick one in your pocket or purse, would leak all over when turned on side or upside down. With that said they do have their place in the vapeverse and do give very nice vapes.

So an istick 50w and a kanger subtank mini will do me quite happily then?

The Kangar Sub Tank will do you quite well, excellent flavor and vapor production. As for the Istick I couldn't comment as I don't own one however I have heard it's a good device, but any 40+ watt device should serve your needs rather nicely.
