Hi sfkid...I know this wasn't directed towards me...but I prefer the 2.0Ω because I vape sweeter juices and find I get better "full" flavor from the higher resistance.

You can always interject Rhapsodies ;) I never mind.

I have some 1.5 306s and I also vape sweet flavors and what I noticed is that if you chain vape then the atty gets too hot and you lose some of the flavor.

I just ordered some cisco 2.0 ohm and will be testing them early next week.

Thanks for the feedback.

:) Yep...that is precisely what I found. I like the warmth of the 1.5Ω but losing that much flavor just doesn't cut it for me. I'm sure you're already aware...but just in case.... be sure to prime the heck out of the new atty and let it sit for about 10 minutes before you fire it up the first time. I've had really good luck with them (Cisco and EM) by priming them in advance. Haven't burned one out yet. :) *knocking on wood*

Thanks for the feedback.

What I don't get is how others burn the attys out. I have YET to burn out a single atty in my possession.

I have 4 PVs and use only 2 of them regularly and I only have 10 attys total.

4 x 510 regulars
4 x 510 LR 1.5
2 x 306 LR cisco (recently acquired ).

I have been using the same 510LR exclusively for months.

I actually wanted to see if I can burn one out just for fun and dry burned it for like 60 seconds :) No go. Still going strong.

I am puzzled by the same thing. I eventually put my atties I had in rotation for 6 months aside for maintenence and started a new set for rotation. Really brought back the flavor I didn't know I was missing. I guess if you use it long enough you become accustom to the decreased performance. But honestly, I was trying to burn one out too....but it never happened. The only thing I can guess at why mine are lasting so long is that I vape just at or a hair less than flooded at all times. I rarely get the dry burny taste because I rarely let it get that dry....and when I do...it clearly is a mistake  *shrug*

Let me qualify this by saying that I don't have a REO yet, but I've been using the Cisco LR 1.5 and 1.8 510s for about a month with a AW 14500 IMR powered mod. I thought I cooked a 1.5 when I first used them because I didn't prime it enough before trying it out. I had the burnt taste, and figured it was fried. I saved it, and after reading more, I de-wicked it. The wick was charred, but after getting it out, the atty has worked and tasted just fine.
