Hal Lindsey

Does anyone in here watch Hal Lindsey or anyone else who puts daily headlines with prophetic Biblical end time Scriptures?I've read quite a few of his books and he comes on TBN, every Friday @ 7:30 p.m. central. I think he may come on at different times. This is the one I dvr.

Jack Van Impe is one of my favorites. He gives a newspaper headline from that week, and then shows the Bible verse that spoke of it.

To me, Jack is a little difficult to follow as he comes across ADHD. However, in all honesty, Hal's delivery is a bit monotone. Both of these men write awesome books.

You know, Christians are the only ones that know what is really going on in this world, and sometimes, events make our knees knock together. However, God is always in control. I am interested in watching headlines match up with prophecy, though. Except for when Jesus walked the earth, this is probably the most exciting time to be alive as I feel the rapture isn't too distant. Another subject for another time.

Billy Graham has a book out called "Storm Warning" I haven't read much of it yet, but it is a great book! I've always admired Billy Graham. I believe he is truly a man of God.

I so totally agree, Trukinlady! Can you imagine the enormous amount of crowns he has stored in Heaven? He was 'the' evangelist of the 20th century....no doubt about it.

I went forward at one of his Crusades in Colorado when I was 8, and accepted Jesus as my Saviour. I thank God Billy Graham answered the call to preach the Gospel! I wish I could meet him someday! You're definitely right! His reward in Heaven will be great!

I'm not too familiar with Hal Lindsey, and Jack Van Impe. I'll have to watch them soon!

I"ve never watched him, I don't watch any of them actually. I just read alot instead.

Hal Lindsey wrote "The Late Great Planet Earth." Did you read that one? He's also written a bunch of others including, "Satan is Alive and Well on Planet Earth." Of course we don't need a book to tell us that!

Hal Lindsey is on tonight @ 7:30 p.m. on TBN. I'll warn you, though, he speaks rather monotone. Love him anyway.
