I have bought a LOT of Joyetech products and not once have I ever been told by the vendor that sold me stuff to "contact Joyetech".
Because Joyetech is a well known product manufacturer, who gives their authorized resellers a warranty, then your reseller can extend that to you.
YOu bought from the B&M, you are THEIR customer, not Halo's customer. They are Halo's customer.
When I return a bad bulb to a store, I am never asked to contact GE.
