I have managed to make my own liquid that is very close to Menthol Ice, I like it even better actually. The bad news is that I don't have an exact recipe, and it's pretty convoluted because it was just a hodge-podge combination of many things, both store-bought
eliquids and flavorings. Before I go into the VERY rough details, to sum it up I can just tell you to try combining any and every kind of mint and menthol with a touch of vanilla.
I started out with 20ml V4L Mint and 20ml V4L Spearmint. To that, I added all of my various flavors of menthol
eliquids from a few different suppliers (none of them Halo) that I didn't much care for alone. Then I added a bunch of menthol crystals. Then I added a dash of Seedmans TOB505 Menthol Flavor Enhancer liquid. Then I added some "Tones" Imitation Peppermint flavoring from Walmart. Then I added some Cappela French Vaniila flavoring. Then some plain VG nic liquid to both thicken it up a little and to add some more nic to make up for the flavorings.
I'm pretty sure that was everything, LOL! And no, I'm not kidding and this isn't a late April Fools joke. It is a lot like Menthol Ice, but IMO tastes even better. It has more minty-menthol to it, and the vanilla flavor is better too - it's just more flavorful. I have a rough idea of the nic level and think it's probably around 20mg, and I've got about 30ml's left. And no, it's not for sale unless you're willing to pay an extortionate price! ;-) It's pretty much the only thing I vape since my Harley56 (the last of my Halo) ran out. I'm gonna be bummed when it too runs out, but I have hopes to be able to approximate it. I have all the ingredients to make another ~50ml's except for the few random store-bought menthol Eliquids that I really don't think were an essential part of the "recipe".
Now I only wish I could do up some "tastes like Harley56", but I don't think that would be nearly as easy...
