That's what happened to me. Bought a g6, stared at it for awhile, kept telling myself I needed to quit. Then one day I filled a carto with longhorn, that got me going on it. After about a month, got a triton and finally put the cigs out. It feels I can do it, I'm sure you can.

15+ year 1 - 1 1/2 pack a day.

So sorry you are having so many problems with your e cig.

I would do like some other poster said and adjust your nic level down a bit and then more if need be til you feel normal.

Was looking at some of the symptoms of PG sensitivity and it looks like that may be part of the problem.

Try 100% VG and see if you feel any better before you give up.

We certainly don't want you to go back to the analogs.

Lots of people have some sensitivity and use 100% VG successfully so it is worth a try.

Do a Google search and look for vendors that offer it.

Some of what you are experiencing may be the high nic level but it may be a combo of the nic and PG.

I know when I started I used some juice from the local Smoke Shop and didn't realize it was 24mg nic.

I had headaches, nausea and just generally felt lousy.

After adjusting nic level to 12mg and finding good juice, all was well.

Good Luck and anything we can do to help, just let us know.

Cindy

I dunno it doesn't seem like ecigs are working for me. I've tried 12mg, 18 and 24 and with all of them I take 4-6 puffs and feel like I've had too much nicotine, fast heart, dizziness, lightheadedness, headache and sometimes nausea, and then like an hour later I'm cranky like worse than a craving when I was smoking cigarettes. I've like randomly yelled at people over little things at work. I guess they aren't for everyone.

OK, you say 4-6 puffs. That shouldn't be in 2 minutes!!

I heard a cig will affect the brain in about 10 seconds, but vaping takes much longer, like 90 seconds, if I recall correctly.
So you take 5 hits in a minute, then it all hits you after 5 minutes, and you have already overdone it.

Try this. Take 2 puffs and PUT IT DOWN!!! Relax! Watch the vapor dissipate. After 2 or 3 minutes, take another 2 hits.

Hey, what you are doing now isn't working for you, so why not try this.

Vaping is VERY different than smoking. Don't inhale straight into the lungs. Fill your mouth with vapor, then pull it in, if you want.

Slow and steady. Hell, I've been at it for 10 weeks, and I'd get wheezy if I took 6 hits with six consecutive breaths!!!

I used to smoke 6 or 7 at work in 9 hours. I'm lucky, I can vape at my desk. I take a hit maybe every 5 to 10 minutes throughout the day. My nic level remains fairly level, not some wild roller-coaster ride that you seem to describe.

Please PM me and let me know if this helps you out.

We are Halon.
