Hamster bottle Liquid dripper?

Was watching my daughters hamsters drinking from the little water bottle, and it struck me as a neat way to deliver juice to the atomizer.

You know how they work, it is a steel ball that when pushed allows the liquid to flow through the tube.

If the tube is inside the mouth piece, then the air from the draw flows around the ball causing it to move slightly which would wet the ball as it rolls causing juice to drip onto the atomizer.

Think it would have some problems you would need to over come first.
One, flow, no way to only alow fluid out when vaping, may flood it out.
Two, Pressure, which is part of one really, but if its to much or to little again it wont flow right. Plus those are gravity fed, in the e-cigs, it wouldnt have alot of fluid to push with, and may not work horizontally.

Just the first ideas that came to mind.
Best Idea ive seen so far, is a little primmer bulb, like on a lawn mower, to pump a little gas to the Carb, a little rubber thing to pump a couple drops, before you vape.

But yes, that kind of bottle, where they push a ball bearing in the tube to get water, then the ball drops under waterweight to seal it again.
