What's the atty on there? I can tell it's a Russian, but the text is in a different place than on my Russian 91.

Mine arrived today and the color is perfect. It's a lot smaller than I imagined. Makes me wonder how small the mini must be

Pretty sure it's a "Russian". There like the KF 3.1 and the Russian 91%s are like the KFL+.

So, it's the Russian (100%)? If I liked the Russian 91 a little better, I'd be tempted to get one of those. I like the Russian 91, but I like the KFL+ better.

I just realized something. the Russian is fine. any atty will short the hana. just have to screw it tight enough. apparently some conduct better than others. so depending on how tight I screw any. I guess that is why hana warns not to crank them on!

myke, you do not have to worry. we have no sheriff service. you know you are a redneck when..... on the other hand no ambulance either so I think I will leave that idea alone.

The only atty I have a problem with is the Russian 91, and it's not that I have to tighten it, I actually have to back it off a little for it to make good contact. If I play with the center post a little more, I'll eventually get the adjustment right.

I feel better knowing I probably won't have to testify at the inquest.

nah. that's what I meant. if I crank any of my attys tight enough on the hana it will shut down like that. hana says not to crank them tight. so if I listen to them they all work fine. including the Russian. the Russian does need to be a little looser then the kayfun. if I crank the kayfun on there it will do the same thing. it does have to be tighter than the Russian. perhaps I was thinking that means the Russian is more conductive somehow. not that I think it matters.

so after I loved the look of the aero mega I decided to put the uvo footon aqua. seriously that is even better than the Russian or kayfun. the clouds are gonna make it rain here. I am at .7 18 watts on it. I think I could even max 30 but I don't want to try that either.

Yeah, I got one of the SOV nano quartz kits that I sometimes use on my KFL+. Looks great, as does yours.

I figured something out. I have stated the mini charges from dead in 45 minutes. if I only drain it 2/3 it will charge back to full in 10 minutes. I can actually live without vaping for 10 minutes believe it or not. for me that is better than a usb cord hanging out. I know that might be more of a pain for others. so with that I get like 1/2 hour vape and only 10 minute charge. yes, I am a fiend.

Just got a Hana and had a question about charging it. I have never had a mod that was USB chargeable before. Is there a certain amp that the wall charger has to be and is it ok to charge it off of a computer USB port? I have always had a bunch of 18650s and would let them sit for a while after they charged - if I charge it through the USB port without taking the battery out, is it "safe" to vape right away? It also seems that the retractable cord that came with it is kind of chintzy - is there a better USB cord to use?

Charging on a computer is fine, I do all the time and yes you can vape as soon as it's finshed - you can vape while it's charging if you like, it'll just take longer. The cord is fine but you can use any micro USB cable.

the spec for usb is 500ma. the hana draws 500ma. therefore anything with a usb port will charge it. however watch out! if you have other devices on the same controller on a computer and it is not a very good computer you can blow the controller. any decent computer will throttle the power to it and it is fine. that of course means the hana is not going to charge very fast. it is not going to at a full 500ma either. that is why I picked the mini. I suggest to anyone to get a mophie.

I saw my hana do something odd for 1/2 second last night. it flashed "not ready". actually I thought that was cool. I suppose that is just one of the messages.

it happened for like 1/2 second right when I pulled it off the usb. I just happened to be looking at the display. or I would have missed it. that kind of would make sense actually.
