Well.....you get more bang for your buck with the DTs I think. I mean, one can only vape like maybe 3 PVs at one time, right?
Thanks Windy! I'm much better today. I will try and get some new pics of the black and gold tip so you guys can see. I want to know what everyone wants in terms of size and shape for their DTs. Do you prefer the "standard" pawn and ming shapes and variants? or prefer something specific like a smaller ming tip size (my own personal pet peeve....the mings mouthpiece is just too large to be used comfortably.)
I am good with anything, I've discovered. You make what you like and I'm sure I'll buy...LOL. I do like cool colors and slightly different designs though. Have I told you how I love my wooden DTs? I do, I love them.
I am still interested and I turn them. It is awesome to see all of the cool shapes you come up with. The new metal is cool looking! There are lots of different materials for pen blanks that will make cool tips that no one has even tried yet. Can wait to see more of you work.
Hi windy and Miss Emma! sotty I've been away. Mainly in the iHybrid thread. Still working on the new stuff, but I did look into getting metal tubes to put through the driptips like the other guys do so it will be safer. I will try that out and maybe make some more wood tips! Ill let you know. Thanks for keeping in touch!
I would like that. I will want a few for Christmas presents...LOL. Also, HE is not making acrylic now, so some really unique acrylic would be great too
I'm very pleased you like them Em. I don't like the big ones either, but everyone prefers something different I guess. On the DT note, I have been testing the new tips made out of the new material for a couple of weeks now and think they could still work. It seems each type varies in its density and strength. The blue one I showed is a bit soft , but the gold one I also tried was much tougher when turning so it should be correspondingly harder when finished. I will be getting some of the other types to try them too and see if they might work as well. I will clean up the ones I have and offer them for sale at cost to anyone who might want to try one out. I only have a few at the moment but want some feedback on what others might think about the look and feel of the new stuff. Ill try and get some pics up soon.
