I gotta share this somewhere, and this seems like a good place...

I was just watching the news and there was a story from south FL. A woman was driving and was passed by another woman driving erratically who flipped her off. She goes around the next curve and the woman who passed her has wrecked and her car is on fire. She stopped and pulled the woman and her child from the burning car.

So be careful who you are throwing hand gestures at while driving. Your life may be in their hands soon.

thanks for the story Tide. I could launch into a big ole rant about how morally bankrupt our society has become, but the other side is that there are still good people in this world.

I don't know that society has "become" morally bankrupt. I personally think that human kind has been exactly what it is pretty much from it's beginnings. There has always been war and atrocities, horrible murders and betrayals dating back to the beginning of time.As a society it is in our nature. But individuals can have a different nature then the society they live in. So on the flip side of the coin there has always been good moral people as well! I just think our "flaws" have become more apparent over the last few decades due to spread of information recent technology has brought us. And it is unfortunate but it is usually bad news that is found more interesting. It is the stop to look at a car accident psychology, so that is the news that spreads the fastest and the furthest! So there are as many good moral people as there has always been and I believe there are many, but their good deeds do not go viral as often as the other news!

They're like a needle in a hay stack but are as precious as gold.

See above post, I believe there are still good people out there. For the most part, the people I meet in every day life are not morally corrupt! Most people I know are good, hard working people. Of course there is an ... in every crowd!

LOL Moo!!!! BTW, I am LOVING those new etched Phiniacs girl! Awesome job!

I actually might have something you are interested in. When the hubby was making examples of the name tanks for the website he picked three random names, Michael, John and Tracy! Had I known he was going to pick Tracy, I would have suggested he put something cooler on it then the flowers, but I did not know.

Check it out...

Sandblasted Tank - Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Tanks

Look at the videos and if you are interested send me a PM and we can work out something! I was going to put up the name tanks and some other stuff in a clearance area, but I will make you a much better deal! Heck, it has your name written all over it! :p

No pressure, I personally don't care for the flowers so will understand completely if you do not.

By the way are you feeling better?

I am indeed feeling better Moo!! Thanks for asking. My daughter just started some home tutoring (at the library) yesterday as she is still not back to herself yet. She is definitely better than she was, thank goodness. Hopefully she will make a complete recovery soon and go back to driving me nuts once again! lol

Oh she definitely did Bov. She has stomach issues to begin with and I truly believe that being put on an antibiotic mid way through made it ten times worse for her. Of course the docs wont' admit that!

I'm just hoping that with a little more healing time, she recovers completely because my ex lost his insurance coverage 2 years ago, so any tests required will co$t big bucks that I don't have. Ugh!
