I missed my hangover this year Bov. I was sick this week and now my wife is. We went out to dinner with my sister and her hubby but by the time we got home my wife was spent so we just crashed.

Fixin' to start the home made chicken soup here in a bit. The bread maker's runnun' and I just got back from town with juice and a bag of oranges.

That's so sweet Mist. If the wife ain't happy, ain't nobody happy! I love my bread machine btw lol.
I whipped her up a loaf of egg bread with a touch of orange zest. The chicken noodle soup came out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. She's bummed that she'll feels like crap all week end and then be better for work tomorrow. She works pretty long hours and cherishes her week ends.
Egg bread yum!! Sounds like the Sally Lunn bread I make, 2 eggs and half a stick of butter for just 1 loaf! My hubby makes a darn good home made chicken soup too. Good to hear she's feeling better with all your loving care
